The reception desk, with trilingual receptionists, is open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Guests have 24-hour access through the night gate. Upon check-in you’ll receive an identification card that grants you access anytime during the day or night. Security guards are on duty 24-hours.

Our carnival package starts at the 2nd through the 8th and every body need to book a minimum of 6 nights starting at the 2nd of March.

Note: Please note during the Carnival March 3rd 2011 through 8th March 2011 a minimum of six nights must be booked from and including the 3rd. To secure reservations in respect of these special periods, we would require a full advance payment for the package. In the event of total or partial cancellations there will be no refunds of, or deductions applied to, these advance payments. Payment instructions - instructions on how to make down payments will be sent by e-mail as soon as we receive a booking request. Local transfers shall be made through direct bank deposit. International transfers shall be made through Pay Pal. Expenses with deposits and transfers shall be borne by sender alone and are not refundable or deductible from the total amount to be transferred to secure bookings.

Our rooms are newly renovated, all with private bathrooms and air-conditioning. We have shared dormitories for 4, 6 or 8 people. We also have private suites with TV, electronic hotel safe, hair-dryer and mini-fridge in the room. We bring you a modern, clean, comfortable facility with a casual friendly atmosphere.
