Liked: the stuff is really friendly and helpful. if something is needed, they try to get it for you. location is great as well. after a 10min walk you are in pelourinho.

Liked: very cool place, nice hot breakfast. cool chill out area/balcony. nice comfy beds

Liked: Felt like home, had a very homely feel and a cute dog! Loved the hammock rooftop area.

Liked: Nice lounge/bar area. Fast internet.

Disliked: Location, 10 min walk from the central plaza. In some of the rooms the air-conditioning was bad.

Liked: Tonight will only be my 2nd night here but i'm already in love with this place. you imediately feel at home. Staff know your first name, care about what you can do during the day and don't wait for you to ask them question but take the iniciative and recomend you things to do every day. So sorry i have to leave tomorrow. Very very very much recomended

Liked: Very friendly hostel. Close to everything u need. Transportation, supermarket, the historic center. Loved going to the supermarket and making dinners with everyone including the staff. The hostel is perfect for meeting other travelers. For breakfast they join the tables so everyone sits together. They have a board with what's going on in the city and they all go out together. Highly recommended. It's my second time around.

Liked: Location - 3 min. walk from pelorinho, in a quite residential area. Great local bars near the hostel which are a good spot to watch the local life and make new friends. Staff know about everything going on in the city and will be more than happy to point it out to you and even to take you places you otherwise have no way of discovering. They seem to like what they do and the atmosphere in the hostel is accordingly. Highly recommended.

Liked: The hostel has a good friendly atmosphere. It's just in the old town center, as much turistic as dangerous, but the hostel is safe. The room are comfortable and clean, kitchen and toiltets are quite clean as far as you can expect from Salvador, very old and diry city! The breakfast is really good, every day with a fresh speciality! Two computers 24h available on line. The staff had some problems with my booking because the prices showed in hostelbooking site are different (lower) for those one they show, but at the end I paid according my booking. I definetively recommend this place for the price, the good accomodation and the excellent breakfast.
