not all rooms might be available in all locations.
Bookings involving any date of Carnival period
(2009 Feb 19 - Feb 25) must have a minimum stay
of seven days (six at Carnaval rate) to be accepted,
otherwise Open House will contact the guest to amend the booking.
Carnaval bookings require an additional deposit
to be confirmed, depending on the accommodation, made directly to Open House. Call us.

RESERVATION POLICY
Bookings with less than three nights will not be accepted
Cancellations will be refunded at 75% only if made with 30 days prior
to arrival, and when not involving packages as New Year or Carnaval, or Aparts.
Credit card acceptance depends on Paypal transaction approval,
if rejected, payments must be made in cash.
In most seasons, bookings for Shared Dorms must have a minimum stay of three nights
to be accepted.
