Whether you are backpacking, studying or making a short stopover, our Hostel is designed to offer you all the amenities you might need.

Ours is in the old residential neighbourhood of Santa Teresa, home to artists and intellectuals, where you can also enjoy the scenic bondinho (tram) running through the heart of the village which will take you downtown.

Regarding NYE + Carnival bookings+ private rooms:
There are no refunds in case of cancellation and normal deposits paid are non refundable either.

Accommodation Information

We are not a hotel; instead we offer a few comfortable rooms in a three storey house, offering security to our guests in a friendly home atmosphere. Originally from the 20Th Century, the building is an Art Deco house completely renovated and converted into a modern bed and breakfast with a patio, barbecue, and bar.

Location Information

Santa Teresa, home to artists and intellectuals, it is where you can also enjoy the scenic bondinho (yellow tram) running through the heart of the village connecting with downtown.
The Lapa Arches, old Roman style aqueduct built in the 17Th Century today is the liveliest meeting point of the whole Rio de Janeiro.
Another attraction near by is the coloured tiled stairs of Selaron where Snoop Dogg, U2, CSI, James Bond + other celebrities have turned up for video clips.
From our door there is just a short walking distance to Flamengo Beach and few minutes away from Copacabana and Ipanema by fast and frequent public transport that connect us to the major tourist attractions, so we are at the right spot for night life and close to everything!
English, Spanish and Italian fluently spoken.
