Liked: It was a welcoming environment. A nice reception area. You could use the hostel facilities if you arrived early - including breakfast. I arrived at 5.20am. I received a nice email on check out too. The bar has a good atmosphere and couldn´t be heard in the dorm.

Disliked: There was sand on the mattress of my bed when I arrived.

Liked: The staff were the best!!! They were sooo friendly and helpful, especially Dominic!! Its a really sociable hostel too, the bar is a really good place to start a night! and Bernardo makes the best drinks! We'll definitely be coming back!

Disliked: Absolutely nothing., it was brill!

Liked: Has some comfy sofas but that's about all we liked

Disliked: Dirty, noisy, with unfriendly staff. Rooms are like prison cells, no windows in rooms just crappy wooden shutters, mosquitos are a problem.

Liked: I just loved staying in this hostel! It was a great place to meet a lot of awesome people and to have a lot of fun. They have a nice bar where you can get cheap drinks and always find people to hang out with. The staff is really helpful and friendly. The hostel is close to the beach, the metro and everything else you need! I would definitely recommend staying in this hostel as it makes you vacation in Brazil just amazing! Thank you a lot!

Liked: friendly staff, good breakfast with fresh pineapple and melon. good welcome caipirinha. it felt very safe here.

Disliked: 12 bed dorm was rammed! no space for bags and the floor was dirty. the 6 bed dorm had bigger lockers though. no mozzie nets on the window so we got bitten. The girls bathroom never had any soap in the dispenser in the 5 nights we stayed.

Liked: It is a really nice and cute hostel close to the beach. The staff is really nice!! I recommend this hostel, I think it is a really good value for money.

Disliked: The rooms and bathrooms are really small for tall Europeans like us but that is just a small thing :)

Liked: Very helpful and friendly inforative staff very nice, will defo recommend to friends and come back. Hostel is small but very friendly, breakfast Inc and free Internet and free welcome drink. Is very safe and secure when u arrive, take picture of guest 4 security. Is few mins walk 2 cocacabana no sign of hostel outside so got bit lost, very nice stay here.

Disliked: Nothing disappointed me good hostel.

Liked: Great staff; great hostel, great vibe. We´ve been already in some hostels in Rio and by far this one is the best. We recommend Walk on the beach to anyone visiting Rio.

Liked: It's a very good place to meet a lot of people, the staff is so friendly and hepls you to find the best bars and partys. The beach and most of the clubs and shops are very near. Most of the time, the Hostel is very clean.

Disliked: At night, its a little bit cold because the blankets are small. And I think that there are not enough bathrooms for so many guests.

Liked: Rellay nice hostel! Rellay friendly and helpful staff! The Hostel is clean and got all facilities that you may need! Just 7 minutes to the beach copacabana and close to metro and buses. I would really recommend this Hostel!

Liked: Nice place to stay but not so confortable. The rooms are very small and ther's no place for the baggages, with air conditioned it' better because it's really hot, the windows have no curtains so the light comes into the room very early in the morning.. The breakfast is normal, nothing special. Kitchen and bathroom are clean. Nice bar upstair to have a cheap and good capiroska and make friends. I think I would have preferred a place in Ipanema, it's the fashion area and the beach is better so far.

Liked: good, safe location. helpful staff, barman makes a mean caipirinha! hot showers, reasonably clean bathrooms (not really enough for the hostel capacity though), beds a bit dirty, weird lumpy pillows

Liked: I like the atmosphere of the hostal, it is a very good place to meet friends and go out. The rooms are quite small to have 12 beds in it. Breakfast is ok. The services offered are ok, except for the charge for using the Wi-Fi, I think it can be removed if the person stays many nights.
