18 November 2009	Customer review The hostel is close to the beach, just several minutes on foot. The staff is really helpful. The breakfast was ok. Please reconfirm the reservation with the hostel to avoid misunderstandings. Some rooms don't have shelves or wardrobes, or even a chair, so be ready! Don't expect much!	80%

17 September 2009	Customer review We had mixed feeling about this hostel. It´s definately the party hostel to stay in and we would stay there again. The kitchen is not great but the food they serve at the bar is good and the bar itself is cool and has a jacuzzi. the rooms aren´t the best and not that clean for the money that you pay, but it´s a great place to meet people. The worst thing about the hostel that some of the staff, well the female staff, were very rude to us and took a real dislike to us. So much so that they told their friends at a night club not to let us in, that ruined our night!! But maybe that was just because we were girls! But overall i would still stay there again, but in the end we rented a flat with the 4 of us which turned out to be much cheaper and so much fun, so if you´re there a week or more definately look into getting a flat.	70%

17 September 2009	Catherine Rooney I absolutely loved Stone of a Beach, had such an amazing time there, I ended up staying there 3 weeks!Its in a great location, had a fantastic atmosphere, the staff are so friendly and helpful in organising any trips!Met so many wonderful people there, both staff and travellers alike!Highly recommend it to everyone wanting a fun time in Rio!I will be back for sure! 26 April 2009	Steve McKenna I ended up staying almost two weeks - despite the fact that I could barely sleep due to the busy main road out the front and the thumping music from the nightclub (on selected nights only) next door. The reason is that this has everything you really look for in a Rio hostel: it's lively, without being too party-mad, it's easy to socialise here, the breakfasts and BBQs excellent, and it's a five-minute walk from Copacabana beach. I'd stay again.	82%
