Overview
Discrete and subtle, this beautiful 1930’s house located in a bohemian neighborhood of Santa Teresa and offers a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. The clean and comfortable accommodations with private and shared washrooms and the amazing Brazilian breakfast, make our visitors feel right at home. We are proud to use solar panels in our water heating system.
The early 1900’s design and structure of the guesthouse’s front appearance was faithfully kept. The property also has a wonderful backyard garden where our guests are able to play various lounge games such as darts, chess, etc. as well as enjoy a nice hammock by the moonlight.
The reception is open 24 hrs for help and tips about places to visit and use of our facilities such as: reading and TV rooms, access to internet and laundry.

The Property is strategically located just over 5 minutes from the Gloria Subway Station at the beginning of a pathway leading to the heart of Santa Teresa where guests will find various restaurants, bars and art galleries, 10 minute walk from Lapa and the famous Bondinho (Lapa Street Car). It’s also surrounded by beautiful hiking trails, easy access to Ipanema Beach, Pao de Acucar (Sugar Loaf Mountain), Cristo Redentor (Christ the Redentor) not to mention the Flee Market, Bakeries, Supermarkets, etc…
