Liked: No positive experience

Disliked: Extremely bad dirty place with tiny rooms, no space at kitchen, commun for men&women toilet & shower, old and shabby linen, beds and matrasses with some fishy stains. The door of the room has no key at all, so have to leave your money,cameras etc at reception, at the open space where anyone can take it. Staff speaks no english and don't treat you any kindly or don't try to be helpful & friendly. And the most expensive hostel I've ever stayed in!!! (Carnaval period)

Liked: Only location. Just on metro station!

Disliked: It was awful!!! Stuff don't speak english. So many bads in the room. No space even for laggage. WC is bad...

Liked: only the location was good

Disliked: everything else...not clean, poor breakfast, kitchen dirty and full of ants...people running the hostel made us feel unconfortable...no lockers for a dorm...no soap in the bathroom....the showers had no privacy at all and anybody could see you if they wanted to...

Liked: The staff are really friendly and always emailed me back to answer questions. The place is clean, and they have really good bread at the breakfast. There is a computer you can use internet on for free. The location is also pretty good.

Disliked: The showers were in a unisex area and there was no hot water.

Liked: Nice people and administration. We were offered breakfast and internet. Location is optimum.

Disliked: It was a little over crowded but that was probably because of the carnival. Furthermore the wireless internet was slow.

Liked: King Albergue is in a very central location, close to bus stops, a metro station and right on Rua Catete. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, and the front door is secure but in general the atmosphere is just very sterile and boring. There´s really not much common space or ambience, so it´s only a good place to put your head down at night, take a shower, and get out of the house.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.

Liked: I really enjoyed the people who were staying here but that was about it, the whole place is small and cramped and you will always be hot. The kitchen is pratically unusable with only two hobs and no space.It is however reasonably clean and ok if you are just going to use It as a bed and spend you nights just down the road in Lapa!!

Disliked: William left no negative feedback.
