 Its very safe, great location, all the facilities one could need and the staff are "FANTASTIC!"

Basically the location. Really easy to get to, and to get to other areas from. And the staff, really helpfull.

loved the staff they came out to party with us and they are easy to talk to and their english is good too and they are willing to help with anything. its right next to the metro which gets you easily to various places in rio and you can see the big christ from the balcony they have!

Staff ( Bernado and Naty) are WAY too nice and helpful. It's very near subway station, in front of a good pizza place, safe neighbourhood.

Whilst we were there, the power kept going in our room but the staff were quick to come to our aid (although it took a while to sort the problem out!). Good location and sociable place - although the kitchen is shut on Sundays!!
