We are located in one of the classical neighborhoods of Brazil, surrounded by elegant restaurants and bars, as well as beautiful nightlife and the amazing landscape of the “carioca” beaches.
If you are looking for a good service and accessible prices, Che Lagarto Suites is the best option!

Accommodation Information

We only have one shared room (Dorm), the others are all private rooms, with double bed for couples or two single beds (twin beds) for friends that prefer to have their own room.

All suites have been recently renovated, some of them have private bathrooms and there are rooms with shared bathrooms too. There are rooms with and without air conditioning, new sprung bed base and TV, depending on the category (Categories “comfort” have private bathroom, and categories “upper” have private bathroom and air conditioning)

Staying at Che Lagarto Suites is an excellent option to enjoy the fun and good atmosphere of a hostel, combined with the tranquility and privacy of a private room. If you visit us, you will be able to participate in all activities that we are offering at Che Lagarto Copacabana 1 (Pizza party, pasta party, BBQ), located just one block away.

New Year: we only accept a 6 day package, prior confirmed reservation, and a full prepayment is needed in order to warrant the booking, after booking the Hostel will contact you for the prepayment details.
Carnival: we only accept 6 days package, prior confirmed reservation, and a full prepayment is needed in order to warranty the booking, after booking the Hostel will contact you for the prepayment details.

Important information:

Even if the booking engine allows you to book less nights for the Carnival and New Year's Packages, your booking will not be valid if you do not book the whole package. (Which means you will lose the deposit paid).

New Years Package 2010 (6 nights - 29/12-04/01/2010)
Carnival Package 2010 (6 nights - 11/02/-17/02)

Bookings for New Year or Carnival must be for the whole period of the package, any booking that breaks into the New Year's or Carnival dates will be automatically cancelled and the deposit amount not refunded and we are going to contact you about the payment from the whole package.

Rio de Janeiro is an incredible city, with two very important beaches: Copacabana and Ipanema, there are activities and places for everyone, which is why we got three different Che Lagarto in the city: Che Lagarto Ipanema, Che Lagarto Copacabana, and the new one Che Lagarto Suites!
