Maree Bourkerelaxed friendly atmosphere from the minute you walk in. staff extremely friendly and welcoming. a fantastic location to escape the chaos of Rio, its like a different world up there in the hills of santa teresa. having visited rio before and stayed in ipenema, i would much rather the tranquil atmosphere of santa teresa. the bar staff are fantastic, and there was a party atmosphere where people of all nationalities and ages mixed and developed strong friendships. |

LISEL BALLThis was one of the most fun hostels I've ever stayed! The staff planned nights out in Lapa, and we often went out at night with the staff. Even just hanging out around the pool was fun...it is a smaller hostel, but it felt like everybody became friends really quickly, and enjoyed impromptu BBQs and days out. Would definitely recommend it! |
