Disliked: Want there long enough to dislike anything, it seemed fine. Bit tricky to find, thats all

Liked: ummm the bathrooms were good, fairly clean, good water pressure y hot water.

Disliked: Everything except the bathroom. The mattresses and pillows are rotten and in desperate need of being replaced. The sheets are thread bare cheap, pilled and even though the mattresses are tiny the sheets are not big enough to cover the mattress.

Liked: I like very much people working there, they are all the time trying to help you with everything, even when the property doesn't let them be gentil and helpfull.

Disliked: People working there is excellent, but the property is really bad mood, threat them wrong and doesn't give you any solution about any problem or inconvenient you can have even with languaje, travels or tourist service.

Liked: The staff at Crab Hostel are extremely friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with onward transportation and accommodation.

Disliked: Although the hostel is in a great location, the hostel is one of the most expensive in the area. We were in Rio during a holiday weekend, so we did not have many options for accommodation. Given the higher priced hostel, we were surprised that only wi-fi internet was offered (no computers in the hostel), there was no laundry service and it seems the hostel management are not interested in offering the small services that long-term travellers need.
