Our hostel is in a secure and pretty private village which attracts backpackers from all over the world. We are only two blocks from the beach Ipanema and in easy reach of a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The atmosphere in New Ipanema Hostel is friendly and informal and our helpful staff is dedicated to making your stay in Rio an enjoyable and memorable experience.

The apartment is located in one of the best areas in Copacabana, only two blocks away from Copacabana beach and only four from Ipanema beach. It is a totally private and quiet apartment in the middle of a city full of parties and beach culture. The apartment is rented only to couples (because there is only one two person bed).
It consists out of a comfortable bedroom, a small living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a great hot shower. There is fast internet available and a cable TV.

The International Airport is 20 km and 30 minutes by car, Domestic Airport Santos Dumont approximately 30 minutes by car. A taxi to the bus station will cost approx. R$45 and to the airport R$55.
