To get there: On your own you will need to arrive at the hostel within reception hours 8am - 10pm . If you are arriving after hours you will need to arrange a pick up with our driver or email us to inform your time of arrival.
- From Rio Novo Bus Station, Copacabana, Ipanema, Botafogo take Bus, 360 Recreio or a Taxi.
Get off at Rua guiomar de novaes known also as Rua 6W ( it turns from the main road (Estrada do Pontal) get off here, now walk along Estrada do Pontal to Rua Oito (8w) then turn right (you will see a surf shop Udo Bustos on the corner), walk 50m first road turn right, second house on left #1140. Yellow/white fence, brown gate. One block off the beach of Praia da Macumba.

- From the Airport GIG get a bus to Barra Shopping $10reais and another to Recreio (or 360 Recreio). Get off at Rua guiomar de novaes, knowen also as Rua 6w, then continue as above.

- Or we can arrange you a driver for $100 Reais - to pick you up at GIG airport - it’s worth it. Just email us to arrange it.
We will also send you a map and directions complete to print out and take with you to help you find us. Road signs aren’t so normal so go by the land marks we state in the direction form sent.
