Liked: Great vibe, nicely run and organised and helpfukll staff. Kitchen is severly lacking in utensils and is too small, but better than many in Brazil we have seen.

Liked: If you need a place to lay your head and take a shower it's convienent!! It was a little too fraternity party for my liking but it did the job!

Liked: good hostel, nice location - 5 mins to main centre, cross the road to a nice quiet beach... good breakfast! helpful staff... make sure you have plenty of bottle water because they sometimes run out... dinners on offer combined with hotel next door not always value for money.

Liked: Misti Chill is a great little hostel just outside the old town, the staff are so helpfull and friendly especially Jason. He took great care of us during our stay and made sure we got to see the paraty nightlife and the beaitiful beaches. I would really reccomend this hostel , felt like home. Stay in the 9 bed dorm instead of the 6 if you get the option, it has AC and is cheaper!

Liked: The staff is great, especially Mariano. Hahaah.Mr. jungleguide-Rick , Silvana and the rest were great. Even the owners Nico and Mel were easy to like. Nico is a bit suspicious though.. :) I stayed for 2 nights, but after moving out I still came back for dinner (dinner every night for 10-15 reais) and chillin´.I really recommend that you pay the extra money though for a room with less beds (6 beds,not 9). Cause if you get the top bunkbed you will likely end up sleeping in the hammock in the patio. If you want to have fun a and meet great people, this is the place to be!

Liked: The staff were excellent at this hostel very helpful all round and the breakfast and bar at night were great and nice chilled atmosphere. Comfortable bed and pillow but room for improvement would be that the shower was a trickle and the bed covers smelt a little musty!

Liked: We had an awesome time when we stayed at Misti - the staff are so friendly and happy to help with everything. Good location right on the beach, amazing caprinihas and bbqs - best hostel in Paraty, stay here!!

Liked: Great location, very friendly, helpful staff. However would not recommend if you want to get a good sleep - there is music playing from early in the morning so impossible to sleep late as rooms around a small courtyard, and music is cranked up loud in late afternoon, so no siesta either! Breakfast ok, but bread was a little on the stale side.
