Liked: Cheap, decent breakfast. Beach near is ok.

Disliked: Little bit odd, if you stay in a private room you have to walk through 2 dorms to get to the bathroom - wouldn't be much fun if the rooms were full! Bit of a distance from the main town and the beach bars close early. The bar on site stays open late and had live music on when we were there so it didnt matter too much.

Liked: Good location on beach, but there is a beach much closer to town with hostels overlooking it. Good bar with good food, if a little overpriced. Good extras like free pickup, kayaks etc. Hostel is clean.

Disliked: Packed in to very dark and dingy dorms with terrible facilities. The dorm door didnt shut and was wide open all night leaving our bags unsecured, the dorm full of mosquitos and freezing cold. When we asked the unfriendly staff, they acted like we were trying to get an unpgrade for free! This is a very noisy hostel, there are beach parties until 6am, the bar plays very loud music outside your window until midnight and even the night staff were skyping at 2am on the top of ther voices. Dont expect any peace!!!

Liked: The hostel is a quite nice place to relax (visited in off season) and has a good restaurant, where you can have delicious food for diner. You can cook in the outdoor kitchen as well, if you don´t care about the mosquitos in the evening. The breakfast was good and like others in brazilian hostels.

Disliked: We stayed in a private room. But to get in to it, you have to pass the dorm rooms. In fact that isn´t really private und can be annoying for the guys who sleep in the rooms you have to pass. Aditionally our bed had bed bucks and that isn´t raelly good to feel comfortable.

Liked: Very nice atmosphere, music all the time. Free services offered such as kayaks, tv, playstation..etc. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Free internet. Rooms are very comfortable. Good breakfast - lots of fruit and fresh juices.

Disliked: Kitchen was dirty.

Liked: Great place, great staff, excellent food, and a bar, all right across the road from beach, beach isnt the greatest but it was still lovely.took about 20mins to walk into parachi township.

Liked: Very freindly staff and the hostel is very clean and is directly opposite the beach. The included breakfast is lovely, especially the cake!!only negative is the distance from the centre~a free return shuttle bus maybe twice a day at specific times to the supermaket or centre would be an amazing idea, especially since it rained when we were there. Otherwise great place to stay~thank you :)

Liked: Right on the beach front, great location just a short walk from the centre of paraty. Poor kitchen but the restaurant is very good and fairly cheap.
