Hostel Intenacional Ecological Expeditions has existed for 9 years. Ecological Expeditions is rich in wildlife. We are also recommended in a number of guide books for Lonely Planet.

Far and away our hostel is the most reliable option in town, with over many years of experience in the southern Pantanal. We offer the most comfortable accommodation of all the tour groups in the south, based out of Ecological Expeditions on the Estrada Parque. Among the usual activities offered they also have a unique river cruise down the Rio Abrobal. All guides speak English. We offer a free night's stay for tours of 3 - 10 members that have a student discount card or an ISIC card.
Transport to the Hostel takes 4hr. Office open daily 5m-8pm

Situated on the deep into of Pantanal, this is where you get the true taste of wilderness in the Pantanal. But this is no rough-and-tumble camp in the jungle; it is an eco-lodge, a working cattle ranch which allows visitors to spot the diverse life of the Pantanal through eco-tourism and enjoy the life of the fazendeiros (cowboys) and their cattle ranching ways.
