Check in is from 2pm, checkout is 12 midday. If you are leaving late/checking in early, feel free to put your bags. In the free luggage room to catch a few extra rays by the pool or go to the beach.

Any cancellations notified via e-mail at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled arrival time, will let you get a full refund (except 10% of deposit paid to the website), otherwise 50% will be charged.
If you cancel any individual night of your reservation, then the deposit for that night will not be refunded or transferred. (Deposit paid to website)

We have the perfect location, in the heart of Ponta Negra, the most touristy place in Natal in a really quiet and safe area. All shops, restaurants, pizzerias and pubs/night clubs are within walking distance! Ask at the reception for suggestions about where to go at night, there are plenty of things to do!
