Vida Sol e Mar Beach Village - Confort in High Style. It`s a complex with 30,000 square metres of greenery, consisting of 14 spacious houses providing superior quality accommodation, all offering spectacular view located less than 100 meters from Rosa Beach.

The Beach Village is a time-share complex located in an area that covers over 50,000 m2 of greenery on the beachfront of Praia do Rosa (literally translated as Rose’s Beach), one of the most beautiful beaches off the Santa Catarina State coast, where we have twelve first-rate villas. All villas, located 50 to 100 meters away from the beach, contain:

- First-class accommodation;

- Exclusive access and privileged view of Praia do Rosa;

- All bathrooms are equipped with gas-water heating system;

- Queen size beds, spring box;

- Air conditioning in almost all suites;

- Kitchen including stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher;

Please note that all cottages are equipped with telephone line, fridge, ceiling fan, satellite TV, DVD/CD, and outside areas have hammocks and loungers. Cottages are located throughout Eco Resort’s 50,000 m² of green area on the beachfront of Praia do Rosa. The Eco Resort has a capacity to accommodate up to 124 guests.

Restaurant “ Engenho do Mar”
Managed by the couples Rodrigo and Eloisa, and Jane and Paulinho, the restaurant offers a delightful and contemporary cuisine, prepared with quality ingredients and a slightly Asian hint.
With unparalleled service and a rustic but classy ambiance, the restaurant, which was built on the grounds of what used to be a manioc mill, has a fantastic view of the ocean, making it a truly special spot to visit!
It is open year round for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
To complement the dining experience: a beautiful ocean view and a menu replete with seafood options and a special hint of Asia.

Open year round from 12 pm to 4 pm and 7 pm to 11 pm.
From December 1st restaurant opens from 12 pm right on through to 11 pm!
