From the bus station:
By taxi: You will spend from 30 to 40 reais. It’s worth it, because any taxi driver will leave you right in front of Casa Brasil Hostel.
By bus: When you arrive at the local Bus Station, walk straight ahead to the exit doors, turn right and walk about five minutes to the south bus terminal (passing the parking lot). The bus to Lagoa da Conceicao leaves from the second last stop at the end of the middle platform, platform B, take bus number 330 or 320 to the Lagoa da Conceicao terminal (last stop). In the terminal change bus to number 360 towards Barra da Lagoa, get off at bus stop number 2, Chico Supermercado is on your right. When you get off the bus turn so that it is on your left and a pharmacy is ahead of you, walk to the corner of the pharmacy and turn right on to Joao Antonio Da Silveira take you first right and then first left and we are 200 meters on the left.

Lagoa´s Bus Terminal (on foot):
Once you leave the bus terminal, turn left and then you’re first to your right. Walk until the end of the street and turn left, passing “Pão Italiano”. Walk until you get to Texaco gas station, turn left and keep walking until you get to Panvel drugstore turn left, then right and finally left again. There you are, on Casa Brasil Hostel´s Street we are 200 meters on the left.
