Set amongst idyllic scenery of African bush, surrounded by indigenous fauna, Mokolodi Backpackers' comfortable self-catering cottages and dorms will welcome you with the warm ambience Botswana has to offer.

Our Backpackers’ accommodation consists of 3 single chalets which sleeps up to 2 persons and four dorms sleeping up to 4 people respectively. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and hot water. Internet PC in the reception and WiFi everywhere else.

Mokolodi Backpackers is situated in Botswana 10 km outside the capital in quiet surroundings, just down the road from the beautiful Mokolodi Nature Reserve.

Activities include: Game drives and horse safaris in Mokolodi nature reserve, bird watching, mountain biking, visit the local market places, swimming, hiking, sundown game reserve visits and a great deal more.

A 2-person thatched cottage - with 2x single beds inside. The unit is self-catering and has access to a common kitchen and it's own private bathroom facility with showers and hot water. It has a fan, heater, desk and chair. Linen and towels are supplied. Facilities are very secure, clean and well maintained. Secure parking and Sound location are part of the package.

Wooden Chalet - sleeps 2(1)
A 1-person wooden unit - with 1x single beds inside. The unit is self-catering and has access to a common kitchen and common bathroom facilities with showers and hot water. It has a fan inside. Linen and towels are supplied. Facilities are very secure, clean and well maintained. Secure parking and Sound location are part of the package.

Wooden Dorm Chalet - sleeps 4(4)
A 4-person wooden unit - with 2x bunk beds inside and accommodate 1 to 4 persons. The unit is self-catering and has access to a common kitchen and common bathroom facilities with showers and hot water. It has a fan inside. Linen and towels are supplied. Facilities are very secure, clean and well maintained. Secure parking and Sound location are part of the package.

We have 3 different braai areas and an entertainment area. We offer some drinks at the backpackers. Our facilities are very secure, clean and well maintained. Our staff is helpful and friendly. Languages spoken by the staff are English, Setswana, Ndebele and Afrikaans.
