Liked: It was just like a flat with some rooms...not really a hostel where to meet people. I liked the TV and kitchen.

Disliked: The owner was friendly but I just saw him twice all the time.

Liked: The hostel makes you feel at home, because it is so small. And the owner is really nice.

Liked: I thought this was one of the best places we stayed on our trip round europe. the flat was kitted out with everything you might need and the kitchen ever had the basic cooking stuff! it was amazing! it was incredible value and the tourist info pack offered was more than enough to keep us entertained. the english tv channels were great fun and the pick up from the train station and some interesting conversation were just great. i will be staying here on my next trip to sarejavo.

Liked: its a family-run hostel, which made it cosy. and its really near to the old town. the owners although are hardly seen were very helpful great place if u need want to just relax and take in te atmosphere, go back to a nice quiet place.

Liked: The homely feel of the place...it is not made up of characterless rooms leading off a long sterile corridor, as so many hostel/hotel rooms can be, but a fully-equipped and tastefully-decorated apartment. After being picked up from the station and shown around by the friendly owner, you are free to come and go as you please from the apartment, which is located a 5 minute walk from the center of town. Perfect!

Disliked: The "bed" was not particularly comfortable (it was a hard sofa-bed) and there were no light-blocking curtains/shutters to close at night, but these are small niggles about an otherwise lovely place.

Liked: Location-very close to the city centre. The owner picked us up from the train station, it was very useful as we came at night.

Disliked: Lack of maps and other materials about Sarajevo.

Liked: Got a text message about our pick-up from the owner before we arrived. Great! There is a good living room, where you naturally meet the other guests. Clean and good rooms - five minutes uphill from the central street. There are also hostels at the central street(s), but for the price this place is very good. And the five minute uphill was'nt any problem (not even when you're drunk).

Disliked: You don't see the owner after check-in, unless you knock on his door downstairs. But then he is very friendly.

Liked: Great location, clean and big rooms and bathroom (there is also a kitchen), very nice and friendly people - came to pick us up at the bus station and showed us around a little bit! Sarajevo is just amazing and this pension is a perfect place to stay (especially for couples, but also others)!

Disliked: nothing

Liked: The owner kindly picked us up from the train station and gave us a small tour of Sarajevo followed by a map and some information on things to do. The room was spacious and clean. This is a nice hostel if you want somewhere quiet to stay. Location is great, its not far from a supermarket and the town.

Disliked: After checking us in, we didn't see the owner again. Not once. This was a little annoying as we had some questions to ask but couldn't find him anywhere. There weren't any lockers in the room but we were the only people in our dorm anyway.

Liked: Clean, tidy place. Comfortable bed/sofa bed. Quiet surroundings. Guaranteed a good night's sleep. Close to Turkish quarters and most attractions.

Disliked: The hostel is difficult to find as not only is there no obvious sign except a piece of paper on the door, the street where it's located isn't even named on a tourist map. When I stayed there, there was no one else except me checked into the hostel!

Liked: good location, close to city centre. Hostel owner picked me up from the train station. Room was clean and big,

Disliked: It'd be better if there is tourist map/ book/ information/bus & train schedule. (and I was unlucky that Internet was not accessible during my stay, so it was not very possible for me to search the information by myself). Not much stuffs you can find in the kitchen. For shower, hot water was finished in 5 minutes... I'd say the price is good. But it's not the best place for young travellers who wanna meet people

Liked: The landlord is great, very friendly and helpful. Location perfect, everything is very cosy and genuine.

Disliked: Just that there's no secured parking, everything else great!

Liked: I liked the perfectly clean kitchen, and I liked the living room area with a couch and TV. It was a great place to relax. There was a kitchen table and a dinning table, so there was plenty of space for us to spread out.

Disliked: Some of the beds weren't really beds. Mine was a fold out couch (it was comfortable non the less, though), and another was a set of cushion type things. The hot water was a bit inconsistent.

Liked: Very clean.

Disliked: No internet access unless you have own computer and altho a computer was promised, it never turned up. Owner promised to provide other info too, but didnt bother following up - all he was interested in was collecting the money.

Liked: Cool location as I was concerned it would be a little far out - its not at all, its a 5 minute walk up a tiny hill. Owners are nice and let you get on with things.

Liked: Great place to stay-very central without noise from roads or bars! Owner was very helpful, he gave us a lift to the bus station when we were leaving and we met some great people there.

Disliked: It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bedroom.

Liked: The owner and his wife were very nice and friendly. A free drop off to the bus station by the owner saved me on a cab fare.

Disliked: This is a pension and not a youth hostel. People wantig to party and meet other travellers should look elsewhere.

Liked: Pretty little house a short walk (uphill, but pleasant) from the old city. Friendly live-in owner, nice rooms, and feels more like a house than a dormitory. A very pleasant contrast to most other hostels I've been to. In a good location, a few blocks uphill from the old town, with bakeries and grocery stores close by in the neighborhood.
