Heather YalinThis was the nicest place we've stayed in in eastern Europe. Great location and fantastic room! We booked a double, but that wasn't available, so we ended up with a room for four people. But this room had a well-supplied kitchen, a huge balcony with a cool view over the rooftops of Sarajevo, along with everything else that they advertise. The beds were amazing, comfortable, and with super pillows. Get into this place before they raise their prices! |

Customer reviewFriendly in a low-key way, good for people who have more interesting things to do than party, don't discriminate against wrinklies, so it is good for all ages, we all watch football together (it helps if you support Bosnia), Breakfast plain but good. I wish them luck! The answer below is a guess, I can't remember |

Customer reviewThe location to the city was good but the hotel was opposite a mosque so every morning at 5am the daily prayer went (and throughout the day) and it was incredibly loud! There was no internet or washing machines available as described on the hotel profile. |

Customer reviewThere are 2 male staff who are very helpful, the female staff are okay. You have to walk up a bit to reach the hotel but there is a supermarket nearby and it is in a quiet district. The staff will keep you passport and put it at the reception (with holes in the wall that indicate the room number) which I think the passport will be easily stolen by someone as the staff sometimes go to toilet. The room is very clean and I got a double room but originally I booked a single room. There is hairdryer in the room. |
