Liked: We stayed in a sister building and the woman who ran it was so helpful and very generous. The hostel was very close to the old town and would recommend staying here.

Disliked: No locks on the rooms but it felt safe at all times.

Liked: This is a great hostel, very conveniently located in the Old Town right at the main tram station. The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming. The rooms are modern and spacious. Highly highly recommended!

Liked: provided a perfect tour around the city by the owner, taxi at 4 in the morning to airport, free internet if needed and a nice place to read.

Disliked: one bathroom for 6+ persons may cause trouble in other times of the year

Liked: the location was good, but there are many other hostels in this area too that are probably a better pick.

Disliked: this was the most disappointing hostel i have ever stayed at. i was traveling with my partner and a friend and we picked this hostel because it had private rooms and dorms with in the same building, which suited our different needs. however when we arrived they did not have the private room for us that we had booked. instead my partner and i had to sleep on two fold out couches in a shared dorm. On the second night they told us our double room was ready. however it was not even in the same hostel as our friend was in. we had to walk around the corner and down a street and then into a whole different hostel. we went up 4 flights of stairs into someones apartment, there we were showed a tiny room with one fold out couch in it. This so called double bed was not even long enough for my partner to lie down straight in! Also we had no light switch, that was located in the living area of the apartment, which was quite annoying. We told the hostel we were not happy with this room either and finally on the last night of our stay we moved again back into the building with our friend into a proper double room. which is what we had booked and paid for to begin with!! i though it was terrible that we got moved 3 times in 3 days and felt that the hostel staff were acting oblivious to our needs and trying to rip us off.

Liked: it was a clean hostel and the location was very good.

Disliked: the pull out type sofa which makes sleep impossible for a 1.85 cm man and the location of the room which is at the roof were very uncomfortable. the sofa was placed right under the roof and it was dangerous to wake up suddenly if you are not a tiny person because there is only 20 cm between your face and the roof. the location of the hostel was very good but also very very noisy.

Liked: The hostel offered a great tour through Sarajevo. I can highly recommend everyone to go on that tour - it was very informative and interesting! Defintely worth the money. The hostel was nice and clean, but half the staff members couldn´t speak english, so we had some difficulties communicating. For example: The price for using the washing machine went from 5 euro to 7 euro over one night (ops!) and nobody could explain why.

Liked: Rooms were nice and heated. Staff is very friendly and helpful, let us use the internet whenever we needed for free. Like others have said, the kitchen is awkward because it is behind the reception desk and very small. Bathroom is shared between 4 rooms, up to 10 people at a time, which meant a lot of waiting, and many times there was not enough toilet paper. It is a nice clean place though, right next to the Old Town, and we extended our stay there. It's one of the more expensive places in Sarajevo, but it is maybe one of the nicer places too.

Liked: Loved the people that work there! the lady and the man that were there (sorry forgot your names!) were just lovely and so helpful. Its a great location, would not stay anywhere else. The only thing that I wish I could change is to have the kitchen area somewhere other than the reception. But everyone was helpful and so nice that it didn't really bother us. Wish we could have stayed longer though!

Liked: Great location, great tours, great people. Only reason I say the safety was not good is because The lady told me where to park my car 'safely' and 2 hrs later it had been broken into. Safety of rooms etc is excellent, just make sure if you have a car you find a guarded parking area to leave it. Plenty close by.

Liked: I quite liked it, great location, people are very friendly too. The son that gives a tour of Sarajevo is great, knows so much about the history and the war, defo worth taking a tour with him to the Tunel! Kitchen is a bit dodgy but still fonctional. When I was there, it was low season so I didn't meet a lot of people but there is potential!

Liked: The Hostel is clean, friendly, helpful and communicative It is, brilliantly positioned with plenty of character and charm BUT here is one bathroom for 12 guests which is a real issue if the pansion is full.

Liked: This hostel is acutally RIGHT in the center of Sarajevo. A great spot to go out aswell! There is a supermarket just across the road, a bakery, bars, cafés.... Our room was nice aswell, as it was rather a small appartment with bunk beds, a common area, bathroom and a sink and a fridge. The staff told us, that they were going to install a stove soon, so will also be able to cook in your own room. But there is also a possibility to cook at the reception. You get free internet (just 15 minutes a day though, but nobody really checks that anyway).The staff was really helpful and friendly! Good place to stay there!!!

Liked: We stayed in the apartment across the road from Posillipo and the location could not have been better - in the heart of the old town with a lovely balcony overlooking it. Excellent value for money.
