Customer reviewThe location of the property is great, right next to old town. All staff (with the exception of the girl who was fantastic) were unfortunately very unfriendly, unhelpful and interested in smoking and looking at the internet. Our room was adjoining the common room and you could hear everything being said. The last night we were there we managed about 3 hours sleep due to a couple of people being inconsiderate and the staff on duty not interested in there guests. The place is also extremely dirty and in need of a decent clean. |

Customer reviewGood place if you want to meet other travelers. We found it a bit crowded and noisy but that's because we just wanted some quiet time to chill out. Good location, very helpful staff and cornflakes are included. Recommend the Tunnel Museum. If you're a vego (or even if not) I totally recommend you go to Vegehana vegetarian restaurant (brochure was at the front desk) - so cheap and delicious! |

Customer reviewapart from the odd rule of no shoes allowed in the place and bathroom being kind of sub par in the cleanliness department, it was good for what you are after here. it is a great location. some of the staff were helpful with what to do and where to go. |

Rachel KenyonV much as described, this has a good atmosphere and is v much the tradtional youth hostel with a mixture of travveling types. Location is excellent, v central adn staff v friendly adn helpful. Our room was lovely (we had a private double) though not all rooms looked quite as nice so maybe we were lucky but our was great size, nice sloped wooden ceiling with skylight - we could hear music from a bar down the steet with this open but we enjoyed that - it was good music and we didn't notice it going on too late! Shared bathrooms, which were ok but fairly average. |

Customer reviewHCC is in a great location, very near the turkish quarter and the great bars and cafes. Great value for money. I would recommend the HCC City tour with Haris, I wouldn't normally go on an organised tour but it was a brilliant way to see the amazing sights of the city. |

Customer reviewFriendly people, I liked the use of kitchen. From memory, the bed was nice and comfortable. Question 6 (below) is a bad question. What do you expect the hostel to do for you? You should ask the visitors if they had any other comments they'd like to make. That's my opinion at least. |

Dominic GrahamThis is the best hostel I have EVER stayed in. The staff are wonderful, the common room is relaxed and fun and it's so easy to meet and chat and hang out with other like-minded travellers - it was like staying with friends. The hostel is also right beside several fun bars and only a few minutes away from the old town. We booked in for two nights and stayed four. If you're staying in Sarajevo - stay here. |
