Liked: The staff was very kind and helpful. I had to use the internet a lot and it was free and fast so it was greatly appreciated.

Disliked: I don't think this is really the hostel's fault, I think I just came during a low season, but there were only people to meet the first night I got here and after that it was really, really quiet. Kind of lonely to be honest!

Liked: location is very good

Disliked: they offered a 10-bed-dorm on the internet, but said - when we arrived - that the room is not open and we should stay and pay (more) for the 6-bed-dorm.

Liked: Fantastic location, great common spaces.

Disliked: It feels as though it's in the process of being refurbished, not a bad feeling tho. Shoes off policy, not so great in the winter time.

Liked: Great location, clean, well equipped kitchen, check out from the room at 10 am but check out from the hostel until 10 pm.

Disliked: It's at the top floor of the building and there is no elevator.

Liked: Rooms and bathrooms were clean. There was a lot of common area space and the kitchen was a decent size. Staff were helpful when we needed to stay an extra night.

Disliked: The common area at reception had an attached smoking area which meant that this area was smoky. The lower bunk bed space was very confined. The dorm room also didn't have a lot of space for your bags or lockers.

Liked: The location is very convenient.

Disliked: Cleaning lady seemed to intentionally want to be disruptive and rude. I understand the need to change over linen/beds, though I think every hostel I've ever been in does this with consideration to guests when they are still sleeping. At HCC the woman was being incredibly loud even though there were no other guests checking in that day.

Liked: Great atmosphere! it feels like you are just staying over at a friends house! free internet. a wide movie selection, although the quality is pretty poor on some of them. big clean kitchen, and the breakfast is good.

Disliked: the laundry is expensive, and they somehow managed to colour our clothes slightly blue.. so i'd recommend you do that somewere else.

Liked: Good breakfast included. Helpful stuff. Internet access, common area. Just in town centre, although train station is not near (but you can go by taxi, once you know there's a special taxi service in the hostel, that means, when you're leaving, at least the taxi only fools you when you arrive, and that's 10 euros, 2 euros once you use the hostel shuttle).

Disliked: I can't say anything bad about this hostel. Maybe the should advertise their shuttle taxi when you book, so that you can get cheaply to the hostel.

Liked: My stay at HCC Sarajevo was absolutely wonderful. I felt safe, comfortable, and well taken care of. The stuff is friendly, energetic and very helpful. The common area was impressive and a great place to meet other travellers. Overall, one of the best hostels I've ever stayed at.

Liked: Great hostel. Perfect location, really good common areas, good place to meet people. Could have an extra shower but it wasnt a problem. Helpful staff. Value for money! I's stay there again.

Liked: Has everything a hostel needs. I can't really comment too much as I was only there overnight, but I would stay there again. Really easy to get to from the train station.

Disliked: Young travellers who drank too much were making noise last night. It was annoying.
