Liked: If you are considering staying at this hostel, you are probably looking at it because of its price...its fantastic low price, that offers somewhere to rest your head with a "No Frills" approach. Don't come expecting much, but what you get for the price is good value. It is fairly confusing as there are many properties let by this agency, but if you go for the cheapest option - you will end up in an unstaffed dorm. The staff that manage this place are based a few doors up the road and are very welcoming and helpful. Their hospitality includes great breakfasts and we also had the opportunity to try the local coffee and spirit (although this was their generosity, rather than something to expect). The important thing is to make sure you ask them if you need something - while we were staying there people were going to cafes to use the internet, when they were happy for people to use the office computers. Also people had been sleeping in the freezing cold rather than asking about turning the heating on. They were more than happy to help with both things. The location is fantastic - opposite the Bascarsija Main Square.

Disliked: We came to this hostel off-season, and because of this there weren't many people staying. What we discovered was that they had put is all in the same room - so some people were paying less than others. Make sure you book at the cheapest rate (we didn't!)

Liked: The three people at reception (2 men, 1 woman) are generally very nice and helpful. I was offered an upgrade but it was very far from the center, isolated,and smelled of smoke. I went back, said I didn't feel safe there and asked for my original bed and they gave it to me. The dorm was very clean and very well situated right on the main street next to the old town. I'd definitely stay again for the cleanliness, location and niceness of the staff.

Disliked: - It isn't how it is described on hostelbookers. The restaurant is under construction and should be ready soon, but it isn't already ready, so the internet access is asking the lady at the desk to use her computer. There is no free breakfast. There is no common room/area for all their hostels throughout the city, i think because the restaurant isn't done. The heat in the dorm wasn't turned on and the sinks in the dorm didn't work, we had to brush our teeth/wash our hands with the showerheads. The door to the room itself was broken, and the lower room in the hostel was still under construction. I'd stay again regardless of these issues, but not if I couldn't stay in a large, well situated dorm. The location, cleanliness and niceness of staff really makes up for these issues.

Liked: Good location.

Disliked: it was DISGUSTING! I would not stay there agian if it were free. The bathrooms are gross and the place smells terrible. By fat the worst hostel i have ever stayed at. The free breakfast was two hard as a rock rolls and a creepy looking hot dog. Yuck. The worst.

Liked: it was cheap as described, and the location is very central. the pick up from the train station - if you knew about it and had a phone to call for it - was helpful.

Disliked: not so clean, didn't feel my stuff was safe. not very good space for lounging - but despite this met some great people there. price was misrepresented on hostelbookers - it showed up as 3.30 euros but was actually 6 euros (which was more realistic).

Liked: It's cheap, located very close to Bascarsija square which is somekind of a center for the old town. Don't put too high expectation on cleanliness and the hostel generally, but I guarantee you it worth the money you pay. Location, towel provided and breakfast. I strongly recommend this place.

Disliked: Cannot say much.. I am not in the position to complain because it won't be fair to say bad things with that little amount of money I paid for it.

Liked: It was cheap. The pick-up from the station is nice, but you could just catch the tram that takes you all the way in to the center. The building I stayed in was up a dark unlit road.

Disliked: The front desk service is a bit chaotic and the women that helped me was short and curt. Seemed a bit stressed managing so many properties.

Liked: It's located very much near of everything important...free breakfest...

Disliked: Atmospher is dull, it's typical place just for sleep there's not any other things included, seemed pretty dirrty but still passable but there was no toalet paper...they have policy of taking your passport in excange for keys of your dormitory, after you finish your stay then you get your keys back ,,,

Liked: Great location, great price and a free breakfast, nice friendly atmosphere and friendly helpful staff.

Disliked: 21 dorm bedroom only has 1 toilet and shower, which could present as a problem when full

Liked: Really great place to stay! The place is really central, Bascarsija is right across the street which is pretty great. The rooms are large and clean, there are more than enough bathrooms, even if you're staying in the biggest room and it's full. Staff were extremely nice and helpful, they will answer any questions you may have and really help you get to know the city so don't hesitate to ask them about the sights, they really love Sarajevo and now so do I :) Plus I met some really nice people! All in all, I would recommend this place to everyone!

Disliked: Absolutely nothing.

Liked: Perfect location near to all central attractions. There is also tram stop right in front of reception office. There is safety locker for everyone. Room is warm despite winter.

Disliked: The most distressing part is all the 5 toilets/bathrooms are not able to be locked(the key and lock are faulty). The hostel is about 100m from the reception office and at night, that stretch of road is dark and quiet. I booked for a 8 bed room but was given 10 bedded room though was promised only 8 people in the room max and not more.

Liked: I liked the location a lot; it's 100% worth the money. Right next to the Old Town where all the best restaurants and things to see are. There are some Hostels in the Old Town itself, but the extra money that you will pay is definitely not worth it. Ljubicica is literally a two minute walk from the Old Town, so to me there's really no point.

Disliked: Not really anything to dislike... The restrooms didn't have soap in the soap dispensers, but I think the hostel is mostly meant for a younger crowd, so it really didn't bother me.

Liked: People are very nice. They speak good English. And when I called them from Mostal because I want to get passport back. they waited for me to arrive there. And especially Kimeta!!! she is very nice, kind, helpful....and cute!! She is the best host for me!!!

Disliked: There are not internet... and The Kitchen is very small.
