Liked: Super-helpful and friendly staff, picked me up at the train station and arranged everything. Always available for answers to any questions. Do the tour with them - it's fascinating and well worth it. Sure, it's dirty as hell and the bathrooms and showers suck, but the common areas are great to meet people and hang out, and you can't beat the location (right in the central square, next to everything).
