Liked: Really helpful/eccentric staff - records of payments not always up to date but when I insisted I had paid there was little hassle. Fab city tour including free lunch

Liked: the hostel was in a great location. although check-in was very hectic and the staff was busy they did do their best to inform people and welcome them.

Liked: We stayed in a private home just up the road which was perfect for us. It was great to still get breakfast at the hostel. Internet was cheap. The pick up from the station and the city tour was excellent (even included a free lunch).

Liked: the location of the office was really central, but the rooms were all over the city, we were a 15min walk from the office area. And no common area where the rooms where

Liked: The staff are very friendly and sweet. and try to help as. the tour for 25 km was great. really recommend. the tour guide lady was lovely and answered questions, explained things.

Liked: Really cheap, nice place people really friendly and helpful. If you are not too fussy this is a great place to stay. There is a lot to see and do in and around Sarajevo and this place is smack bang in the heart of things. Loved it.

Liked: Had a horror bus ride in to Sarajevo so got some bad first impressions. All wiped away when we arrived here - the lady at reception was sooo lovely and helpful! A fantastic location, right on the main square (but still quiet) and a short tram ride to the stations. Recommended for sure!

Liked: If you want to spend some time on your own then this place is fine. If you want fun and a common room where you will meet other people then this isnt great. Its cheap for a reason: nothing is free. The hostel is at the top of a ruddy great hill, but its near the old town which is lovely. DO NOT GET A TAXI FROM THE OUTSKIRTS BUS STATION THEY WILL CHARGE YOU A FORTUNE!

Liked: You won,t find a cheaper hostel anyway else. The staff were extremely helpful, picking you up from the bus or railway station. The breakfast made a change, especially the fried eggs. Eight beds to the room, but you can,t argue given the price.........plus the first beer was free.

Liked: I reserved here a room for 4 nights but arrived 1 day later and could spend only 3 nights.Despite the fact that I was to blame for arriving later I was charged only for 3 nights.The hostel has a reception and tourist information point right in the center where You can go and ask questions 24 hours a day.They also have an office at the railway station from where they take you by car right to your accomodation.All in all I recived a hearty welcome and a royal treatment .

Liked: The staff was really nice, room was 10 minutes from the centre - on the hill with amazing view! And we were picked up from (and later also to) the train station at 6 a.m.!

Liked: Is not too bad...also is not too good. It is cheap, well located...not too much clean, very old, no kitchen, no common room, just a bar downstairs, closed at 4 p.m.But is Ok...
