Liked: Nice and large room, very quiet, with view on a garden, clean place

Disliked: The owners are not staying in the same building, and after meeting them on our arrival we did not see anybody in the following days. For this reason, we had to make many attempts before succeeding in giving them the money for the rooms...quite strange!!

Liked: Nice clean rooms, kitchen, free wifi.

Disliked: This place was pretty cold and it was only early October. The apartment is located up on a hill which gets the blood flowing, taxis are cheap as though.

Liked: Thank you Sanela You helped me make my travel an unforgettable experience. The place is very comfortable, but the best is Sanela, the woman working there. I was there in July and she was very helpful and friendly. If you have time, you should not forget talk with her. You will discover a great heart. I wish you the best, Sanela (El retrato de Dorian Gray).

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The rooms were immaculate and spacious. An upgrade to the larger double en suite was very kind and certainly great value for money.

Disliked: Slight uphill walk to get to the hostel, but nothing that you can't handle. Great views of the valleys at night though!

Liked: Nice accommodation, with a good bed and a nice bathroom (shower with all kind of facilities!!!).

Disliked: Staff (only 1 woman) was very friendly. But because of her busy busy schedule, she was stress which she reflected on us. She complained about her working circumstances, but she also was very friendly.

Liked: It is a quite huge nice villa and close to the city center

Disliked: There was nobody even the owner. We spent there two nice and we even had to call the owner to give him a money.

Liked: Excellant value for a private en suite double with TV! Super clean and the shower is the best!

Disliked: It might have been some walk uphill from the Latin Bridge, but it's definitely worth it!

Liked: Good value for money. Brand new place. Great kitchen facilities. Nice en-suite.

Disliked: Too far from centre really... not more than 20 minutes probably, but up steep hill!

Liked: We reservated 3 triple ensuite and 2 double ensuite and the end we had some single rooms too, because it wasn't there other turist in that time. I think it was a kindle gesture to us.

Disliked: The property is stay on the hill, but in Hungary it is a mountain :-)

Liked: Clean room, well working wifi, kitchen, nice staff, pub in the same building and peaceful place quite near the city center (walking uphill from the center does only good :P) We planned to stay 2 nights but stayed 5.

Disliked: Neighbours dog sometimes barking during nighttime. Not a big deal.

Liked: Nice clean room with tv - good terrace/kitchen area. Only a short walk from town.

Disliked: The walk is up a big hill but ok.

Liked: the rooms were very clean and spacious. the woman who works there was very helpful although rushed off her feet. they had internet there to use and a computer. for around £2 she did our washing for us.

Disliked: the shower was blocked up and the toilet paper ran out and there was none stored in the bathroom. We arrived at the time that we stated and still had to wait at least an hour and a half to get into our room because it was still being cleaned. this was due to the woman being on her own and working flat out (the check out time overlaps the check in time) the wifi didn't work in our room because we were on the top floor. there is a steep hill to get to the hostel, not very good in the afternoon sun with a full backpack on (not as easy and as flat as some make out)

Liked: Spacious room and ensuite bathroom.

Disliked: Room had doors onto communal area which could be a little noisy. It was a 20minute walk uphill along fairly busy road from main town.

Liked: Room was very specious and clean. Communal kitchen and eating area. Super fast WiFi.

Liked: A room with splendid view of the city. Room and toilet are clean and neat. Like the cable tv with range of channels.

Disliked: 600m walk uphill is not for the faint heart. Wifi connection is bad on the top level.

Liked: The rooms were fantastic - large and comfortable - and there's a great common kitchen at your disposal. Sanela (I hope I spelled this correctly) - I believe the only employee of this entire place!- is extremely friendly, helpful and thoughtful but please be considerate when you stay there - it's not a hotel! She is there every day at all hours of the night taking care of the place. This is a place with an incredible price to quality ratio.

Disliked: Small disappointment: the jacuzzi is just a big bath, it's not a functioning jacuzzi.

Liked: Rooms were very nice. from the hostel you got a great view over Sarajevo. This was also a negitive as well...

Disliked: The hostel is located up a large hill outside of the centre of town. When we arrived the lady was not expecting us and so she had to make our rooms this took 2 and a half hours, and we did not actually get into our rooms til 10:30pm when we arrived at 8. Also the shower flooded and did not work.

Liked: The host, Sanela was WONDERFUL. She has a great personality, and went out of her way to be helpful. The room I had was lovely, but I think Sanela's hospitality is the best thing about this place. Without her help, I don't think the Hotel would do as well. People talk about the 'steep hill' to get to the hotel. I am definitely not the fittest person in the world but I managed to walk up that hill twice a day for four days without breaking much of a sweat. It is really not a big deal and not as bad as some people make it out. There were women in their 60's and 70's walking up the same hill in the full heat of the day with several shopping bags. If they can manage it, then come on people?? Anyway, it may do you some good to burn off some of that burek, although the walk up wouldn't be enough to burn off more than a mouthful.

Liked: The lady who works there is amazing, really nice and super helpful! She runs the whole thing by herself and is always really lovely, definitely helped make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

Liked: Really good, clean rooms. Very helpful lady who works there (although she seems to work 24 hours a day non-stop!) Very good value for money.

Disliked: It is quite a walk (uphill) from main bus station.

Liked: Great place to stay. Very kind and helpful lady looked after my every need. She even booked my bus for the following day. Room was brilliant, had a balcony with stunning view of Sarajevo. Very smart bathroom and a large kitchen and dining area to cook and meet people. Free internet use aswell. It was a 10 minute walk to the old town with a supermarket and plenty of other shops en route. Brilliant!

Disliked: Nothing, everything was perfect.
