Customer reviewThis is a brand-new fancy place to stay at with good location close to the old town but unfortunately, it wasn't quite ready when I stayed there and some of the promises that were made on the webpage weren't kept. However, the lady who looked after the place and the guests was very friendly, helpful and apologetic. |

Customer reviewThe hotel was everything it promised to be. Spacious rooms with good facilities, big breakfast and a very friendly and helpful staff. This is not a place to meet people and party which is only a good thing: here you'll get a really peaceful overnight sleep! Really recommended! |

Customer reviewExcellent staff and immaculately clean. Huge room and great bathroom. Good breakfast served in the morning included in the price. Near to the Sarajevsko Brewery. The only negative thing is the description did not state that the apartments were at the top of quite a steep hill. Not great for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage, however you do get good views once you're there! |

hector corderoThe best of this hostel without any doubt is the staff. The staff is really helpful. The facilities are very good, the rooms are really big and comfortable, the toilets are brand new as all the facilities. It is really valuable for the money that one pays. |

Farilee Ustovicthe rooms are amazing for the price range. it was very clean and tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful! i stayed in a few places in sarajevo and this was by far the nicest and was also the best value for money!! |
