Liked: Staff was very kind. As soon as we arrived, the owner (I guess) sat down with us, holding a map of the town and explained to us everything from where to find restaurants, main attractions, supermarkets and tours outside the city. The town is really small and the hostel is 5-minute walk from the old bridge. There are not many rooms and it hasn't got a communal place to meet people. Instead it has a small terrace, nice and quiet. I stayed in a private double, it was ok but a bit small. It had a small tv, fan, wardobre. We shared the bathroom with people from other 2 doble rooms. Everything was very clean. In fact, everyone had to take their shoes out at the reception. Free internet.

Disliked: Staff was so calm down that they didn't let us pay on the first day and we ended up leaving at 7am one day and having to leave an envelope with the money inside the room!

Liked: A lot of marble inside, very clean, and well-ventilated (not too warm inside). Mosque minaret maybe 50 meters away, so you can hear the 5 daily calls to prayer (a charm on its own if you haven't heard that before). Also, very close to both bus station and old city.

Liked: Very friendly but unfortunately i was bitten by bed bugs (in room 1), i never saw a nightclub, and the free welcome drink you receive on arrival is a tea or coffee. I still recommend as they were very nice just check your bed beforehand.

Liked: They were waiting for us when we arrived. Shortly after checkin, and before departure we received hot tea which was quite unexpected. Our room had a balcony and a great view. The entire place was 100% clean. Just a short walk from the Mostar bridge and several restuarants. Very good stay!

Liked: Lack of air conditioning was a huge minus, because in the summertime it is really really hot in there. You can't promise aircon if you don't have it in every room. Or they should tell that some rooms have only a fan.
