Very friendly and helpfull staff. Location was good and the hostel was very clean and well-maintained. They offer very good value for your money, including a good breakfast and a free pick-up from the station.

we really appreciated the warm welcome we received at the bus station and how easy it was to settle into our airconditioned rooms (something we greatly value with this heat). vilasara has an outdoor terrace as well, which gives travellers the perfect opportunity to meet. our rooms were clean and the beds were also very comfortable. the hostel is also centrally located in Mostar... and Mostar is just a beautiful city with the friendliest people. We really enjoyed our stay at Villasara and in Mostar. thanks so much!!

It was more like a private room and not a hostel.
