Liked: It is very centrally located in downtown Santa Cruz. The morning breakfast was good (eggs, bread, muffins, fresh juice, coffee/tea). The bed sheets were clean. The shower was hot. I felt it was a safe hotel as well. The staff were also very helpful. The AC in the room was also a huge help in the heat!

Disliked: My carpet in my room was very dirty, I only walked around in shoes. The laundry service was over a day late, and the clothes came back with stains and weren't fully clean.

Disliked: swimmingpool was not clean very noisy outside in the night warm water deos exist only in form of a few drops

Liked: Great location. Ok value for money. Basic but clean rooms, maid service and fresh towels everyday.

Disliked: If you are staying at this hotel because it has a pool, don't bother. The pool is dirty and the area around the pool looks like a car park. Other than that the hotel is fine, nothing special but cheap and good location.

Liked: that fact that the hotel was quite close to the plaza, it was a very nice place to stay, very comfortable, very safe, and the staff very helpful and friendly
