It was cheap for a one night stay so you couldn't expect much but definitely not somewhere to stay if your planning to stick around, its depressing!

If you're looking for a hostel in Santa Cruz that combines a central location with an exciting neighborhood, Hostal Ambar is the place for you.
You will stay in a spacious refurbished cute house in a nice hostel. The city center area offers a multitude of bars, cafés, and restaurants of all kinds and price ranges.
A cute, quiet little hostal owned and run by a Bolivian Backpacker. Located just 5 blocks from main plaza, easy to get everywhere and close to the Shuttle Bus Santa Cruz Airport Stop.
The perfect location which is surrounded by a wealth of restaurants, shops and of course pubs and clubs. We have a gorgeous double rooms, twin rooms with private bathroom and shared bathrooms, common areas, two bbq areas, huge guest kitchen and a small pool.

- Communal bathrooms with great gas-power-assisted hot showers. No towels and no toilet paper is included in price, but we can provide you for a small fee.
