the staff spoke perfect English. It was so clean and everyone was really helpful.

It was like a home away from home! Friendly staff, connectivity to tours and projects was stellar, and set-up, activities, games, free wifi and location were great! Storage was good, but you needed a lock (or buy one there) for lockers, or you had to put your things in a separate locked room (which needed a staff person to open for you)...
But the security is great there, I never felt bad about leaving my things on top or to the side of my bed in the dorms.
Overall, it was a great place, I would recommend it to anyone! ^^

Friendly staff, kick-ass breakfast, nice atmosphere...and a swimming pool! One of the greatest hostels I´ve ever been to!

Was a great place BUT they charge extra for tons of things. Renting DVDS, using headphones for Skype, calling for food delivery. Also they didn´t have enough lockers for everyone so you were out of luck storing your valuables if you didn´t get one. Other than those things it was a nice place, clean and friendly

Great place and taxis are so cheap in Santa Cruz (7 Bs or so) you really don't need to worry about location. Loved the pool and cleanliness!

This really is a wonderful hostel. It is spotlessly clean, with lovely spacious rooms, even in the dorms. The breakfast and swimming pool are fantastic and staff go out of their way to make you welcome. Highly recommended

One of the best hostels i have stayed in on my 10 month trip. Secure and friendly. The staff are helpful, the pool was clean and cool, comfy beds, deadly tv room and the guide book at reception to local activities is good.

the hostel itself is magnificent. the rooms are clean, the showers are great and the pool is perfect - a very serene escape in what can be quite an intense city.

Very relaxed atmosphere, nice pool and good facilities inc clean and spacious rooms. 15 mins walk to the centre, all in all definitely one to recommend.

Everything! Very clean and spacious, plus it has its own outdoor pool! So great! Plus movies and so much more! Defintely a great stop on the gringo trail! Highly recommend it!

The breakfast wasnt very nice,not a huge selection but was ok. It wouldnt put me off going there or recommending anyone to stay there as very nice,clean,fun hostel.

The staff are very helpful, the place is impecably clean. Lauren has heaps of info on things to do and see around Santa Cruz on a general and daily basis. Don´t believe the hype that Santa Cruz isn´t worth visiting...get over here!!

The owner and manager were great, the rest of the staff aren´t as "customer focused".
The hostel was kept clean except the important shared bathroom.

This Hostel was great...we felt totally at home and relaxed,tv and DVDs, swimming pool and Jacuisi, pool table, the place was spotless and claned every day! This was by far the best hostel we have stayed in and will definitely return if in Santa Cruz again! Well done, you are setting the bar high for other Hostels, its a shame others are not the same, loved our stay, Seamus and Ciara--Ireland!
