NOTICE: As we are available for bookings for same day (less 24 hours bookings), we advise you that bookings for same day could have a modification on the type of rooms/beds selected. So, we guarantee you will have a bed waiting for you, but maybe no the price (you could be moved for a different room). It is because HostelBookers accept bookings with no previous requests to us (automatic confirmations).

POTOSI SILVER MINES TOURS: Backpackers Potosi Hostel offers our own tours to Potosi Silver Mines. Renowned internationally for its natural and cultural wonders, Potosi Silver Mines is an unforgettable experience that should not be missed.

What we offer?
English Speaking Guides. Our guides speak English as a foreign language.
Ex-Miners Guides. Nobody knows the mines as an experienced miner.
All Entry Fees is Included. Entrance to Miners Museum, Entrance to Colonial Silver Mines.
All Transportation. Private transportation in the tour.
Mining Equipment: Rubber boots, helmet, waterproof jackets, protective over pants & electric head-lamp. Clean and comfortable equipment is included.

The prices of the rooms in Bolivianos per person are:
Single room ensuite 122Bs.
Double room ensuite 86Bs.

What the rooms with private bathroom (ensuite) includes?
- Private bathroom with great gas-power-assisted hot showers.
- Towels

- Continental Breakfast

What the rooms with shared bathroom includes?
- Communal bathrooms with great gas-power-assisted hot showers. No towels and no toilet paper, but we can provide you for a small fee.
- Continental Breakfast

IMPORTANT
If you are coming from Uyuni and your arrival time is between 1:00 a.m. - 2:00 a.m. and you want to check-in at this time, you must book the previous night and select that you will arrive at 23:00 in the estimated arrival time field. Otherwise you will end up waiting until 11:30 a.m. outside the hostel. (I.e. if you will arrive on Friday 17th at 1:00AM, you have to book for Thursday 16th and put 23:00 on estimated arrival time field).
