 Location and friendliness of the staff. Travel agency is very helpful but quite expensive though.
Place was clean and neat.
My reservation via Hostelbookers was not received by them, but it was no problem to get a room.

well organized,polite,friendly staff,very patient when dealing with a group of particularly obnoxious italians.very honest staff.(overpaid without knowing,until they told me),great cafeteria, very nice staff.speak great english.most satisfied,great place

Very friendly staff. Nice quiet yet central location. Useful tour desk. Able to leave bags and valuables there whilst travelling to other parts of Bolivia.
