It is safe, clean and the staff were very helpful. The personal DVD players are a great idea. On the downside there is a 12 o'clock curfew which is extremely restrictive. It's a good place for families or people that do not want to go out at all in La Paz.

Extremly friendly and helpful stuff! Very clean! Good hot showers! I guess its pretty expensive for Bolivia, so a breakfast would have been nice or free Internet but we still liked it a lot and would definetely recommend it!!!

Very helpfull staff. Quiet in a noisy city. Small shop of food and beverages, so that you don't have to walk at night through the city.

Very clean, comfortable rooms. All staff are super friendly and eager to help. Cosy lounge area and ability to borrow (free of charge) dvd player and dvd´s. Small but well equipped kitchen and shop. Can´t recommend this hostel highly enough.

Fantastic - close to bus station but also centre of town, staff super-helpful and friendly, will go out of their way for you. Little shop for water ect, plus kitchen, internet, DVDs and pool table. Not a party place, but this was perfect for us.

The people running the hostel are EXCELLENT. Laundry, free DVD's, free Coca Tea to acclimatize... and the little store is great for when you just want to grab a bottle of water late at night. Don't be put off by the front door, behind it lies a little slice of heaven in busy La Paz.

This place is tranquil and homely. The staff make sure they attend to your every whim and it becomes hard to leave such a nice place. Its a place that you will return to if you are ever in La Paz again.

A fantastic place to relax with friendly and helpful staff and a very mellow vibe to it. Clean and great value for money. Remember the midnight cufrew though , it is not the place to stay if you are not looking to party.

The staff are incredibly helpful. The place is spotlessly clean. I loved the character of the building and the layout and the rooms are very nice. Showers are hot and it is nice to have access to kitchen facilities too. The have internet access, which was great and the place is very safe and secure. They even have a small shop too and the owner provided me with a few books to read as I had run out of reading material. I could not recommend this guesthouse highly enough.
