Liked: Good location, less than 10 minute walk to main drag. Quiet hostel, except for when people talk outside your room (the walls are very very thin!!) Free internet access, fairly good kitchen facilities. No real area where you can meet people though. Did feel like we were in a dungeon at times!!Ensuite in private double is very tiny and shower is in the middle of the room which means EVERYTHING gets wet. Water was semi-warm.It did take us about 1/2 hour to check out as there was no-one on reception (and we checked out at a reasonable time of day, 8am)If you want a quiet stay, this is the place for you. If you want to meet people, I'd suggest looking somewhere else.

Liked: it was clean, although very far away from the happenings in La Paz. Great night sleep though, except for the douche that arrived at 2am and talked all night in the loungeroom.

Liked: we had a wonderful stay at this hostel! It´s a really nice place, very safe, clean room (with tv that wasn´t mentioned :) ) and even basic breakfast!We recommend this for sure!

Liked: the shower was cold, couldn´t get it to hot, but no problem. great place to stay, very central and good to be away from madness of loki or other party hostels

Liked: Excellent location, nice staff, the basic "backpacker type" breakfast was "boosted" every other or third day. The only issue we had was with the computer, it is placed in a bad place if you stay at the ensuite room or double room downstairs, and a lot of people played music quite loud for hours sometimes late into the night, they'd stop when we asked them at night, but the next day it was all over again. The staff will guide you (if you can get a few interested folks together) on a trip to Valle de Luna and the zoo (by public buses) for a nominal fee, unlkess they are extremely busy.

Liked: A strange labyrinth of rooms and mezzanines, but is a really relaxed place to chill out and escape the hectic La Pazian streets. You can watch a DVD or go on the internet for free. The price is great and a small breakfast is offered too.
