Customer reviewThe location and character of the hostel are its biggest selling points. The owner was lovely and the breakfast was good and the rooms were quite cheap. However, there is no electricity or running water so the facilities aren't as good as you would expect elsewhere but it is these aspects which make the hostel what it is. The whole island doesn't have running water or electricity so only go if you're prepared for this! |

Customer reviewThe staff were very friendly and helpful and our room had a lovely view of the lake but we met people who had a double room with private bathroom for far cheaper than we were paying at this hostel so much better value for money elsewhere!! |

Customer reviewI loved the homey atmosphere of this hostel. When I was sitting in the common area I really felt like it was my dining room table. The staff was also very friendly and accomodating. Yola and Martin are the best. |
