A basic apartment. No frills. AC, fan, shower, toilet and fridge worked properly. Bed OK; could sleep two if you are good friends. A decent place for the independent traveler.

Overview

Induldge in the local culture. Stay with the local residence as most of these units are long term rentals with the Locals.

This is a 15 unit apartment building located along one of the main paved arteries, Seagrape Drive, about a mile south of the San Pedro Airport and one block from the beach. The apartments are mostly rented to long term local tenants. The units are furnished with refrigerators and a kitchen area, private bath, air conditioning and free wi-fi available. There is a small swimming pool. There aren't many special features, but if you are looking for a cultural experience... come stay with the locals. There are many resorts, dive shops, restaurants and bars in the area. The new owner is just getting started with offering a few units to the Hostel market. More pictures to come. Please note that we only accept cash at this time.

Accommodation Information

All units are one bedroom with an additional futon. Air conditioned and a private bath with a kitchenette.

Location Information

San Pedro, Belize Central America. The 15 unit apartment complex is located 2 miles south of down town San Pedro accross from Xanadu Resort. One block from the beach.
