12 July 2009	Customer review What this place is all about is LOCATION. Our room was small and had nothing to see outside the window, but was clean and had free wifi, too. The staff was helpful and friendly, but the proximity to central Brussels can't be beat. Several times while stumbling home late at nigt from the pubs we were very glad we didn't have too far to go.	90%

03 June 2009	Customer review The location of the hotel is in downtown. But the hotel is just right in the street. At night, it is very noisy. I was waken up several times after mid night and early of the day 6am. Besides, the breadfast is very poor. It even doesn't have a toaster.	60%

We forgot a mobile phone in our room, it was later returned to our home address from a very service oriented staff. All-in-all a very positive experience, so I have no problem recommending Hotel Opera Bruxelles to others.	97%

Location is great, right in the middle of everything. Also the breakfest they offer was cool. People at the reception were friendly and helpful.	95%
