Liked: Nothing

Disliked: Small kitchen comparing to numbers of guests. I had a own Bathroom but, the door was broken so we weren't able to use bath room at all. There wasn't any discount they didn't mentioned anything about it.

Liked: Great location, clean, fun, helpful staff, and very cheap

Disliked: A little boring, as the common area closed at 11pm, and no secure lockers in rooms

Liked: quite near the old town but far away from train station midi. Good facilities.

Disliked: disappointed with the malfunctional of WIFI

Liked: I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. They were very helpful. I liked that it was quiet at night so I could crash.

Disliked: The restroom in the dorm were odiferous in a bad way and the sink didn't drain.

Liked: I really enjoyed the fact that it is actually really close to downtown Brussels, a refreshing 10 minute walk to the Hôtel de Ville square.

Liked: Very clean and cozy. The staff is super friendly and helpful.

Disliked: The room is a little bit small given the price.

Liked: Not a whole lot to choose from in Brussels so this is probably the best value. The free map they give you is perfect, lots of great tips and things to see. Brussels is great!

Disliked: Always had to wait for a computer; some facilities are broken/closed. The worst part is that they shut down the common areas including internet (not just reception) for three hours in the middle of the day and at night.

Liked: Free internet. Good security Free to use lockers, though you do have to pay for a padlock if you don't own one. Comfortable beds Friendly atmosphere.

Disliked: There was some confusion with my booking, which was a little inconvenient, but after that I had a very pleasant stay.

Liked: The Location and it was clean and quite.

Disliked: There was 1 locker on the top floor. They need better security. Security was my only concern. Make sure you print out a map before you go, as the directions are not so good. If you are looking for a round a bout, they don't quite look like roundabouts. The directions from the various stations don't match up and the extit from the station does not exist. Just print a map with directions before you go.

Liked: - offer a pantry and common area which is a good place for meeting others - offer elevator

Disliked: - the private toilet door is broken !!!!!! - the coffee machine is out of service !!!!!!!!!!! - the wifi is crashed but even not repaired in 4 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! - the sinks of some common toilets are broken - - - reception closed at 1-4pm !! so inconvenient !!!!!!!!!!

Liked: The self-service facilities and locations. The rooms are spacious!

Disliked: The "free" wi-fi NEVER worked... we were there for 4 days and there were no signs of it being fixed... as a result, people had to wait in line to use the 4 free computers provided... a few cat fights were almost provoked, because some girls would not get off facebook... for hours! We noticed that the pillows and conformers are NOT washed/changed after someone checks out... they are simply reused... not sanitary! 2-3 sinks were clogged throughout the restrooms and showers in the hostel... no effort to fix them was shown!

Liked: close to the north train station and it's about 15min walk to the grand place. clean and quiet

Disliked: the bathroom didn't lock.

Liked: The hostel is nicely decorated, the beds were pretty good, and hot water in showers.

Disliked: Kitchen was always filthy. Staff is very rude. Wi fi was not working. And foremost, they neglect to tell you that the reception is closed between 1 and 4 pm, and you cannot go to your room. However, luggage room was available, but we had to ask for it.

Liked: I was disappointed that there was no breakfast offered at the price but overall this was a nice hostel. The common room closes in the middle of the day which can be annoying when coming and going. The morning staff wasn't very nice but the afternoon staff were super sweet. Overall, an average hostel but a little expensive (I spent 27 euro on a weekday!).

Disliked: No breakfast. No access to get backpacks or check in in the middle of the day.

Liked: They have a large kitchen/lounge area where you can meet lots of people and there are about five computers you can use for free. The staff are really friendly and you can rent towels for as little as a euro. They also give you this huge map at reception that has everything from bars to sites to even places many tourists never visit. It really helped me find my way during my trip.

Disliked: There are only five computers so waiting is not an option. They say there will be another wave, but there never is unless you're watching with eagle eyes. Because if you're not, someone will snatch the next one right in front of you. Also reception closes at 2 p.m. and opens again at 4. It then closes at 11 and doesn't open until about 7:30 or something around there. They'll tell you all this when you arrive. The only problem is when reception closes, so does the lounge area where the computers are. They are pretty much kicking you out when it's 2 p.m. and there will obviously be no late surfing. Look on the map for internet cafes around.

Liked: Absolutely perfect! The rooms were big, the beds nice to sleep in. It was a toilet (and a shower) in the room, and a sink with a mirror. Everything was nice and clean. It looked nice! Plus also for lockers in the room. It was also a very nice common room downstairs with computers and stuff.

Disliked: I liked everything about it! But the room was dark. I think in the one I stayed in, it used to be a light in the ceiling, but now this wasn't working, and the lights over each bed was actually not very "lighty", it didn't really help.

Liked: location is not bad. nice free map of Use-it but not too much futher guidence from emplyee unless you ask for.

Disliked: you ha ve to get up at 7:30am to catch up the desktop or a long wait; lockers are not enough for 4-6 beds dorm.
