Liked: friendly staff

Disliked: the shower was not so good, hot water was slow to come and not strong at all. if someone in the next cubicle is using hot water u will just get cold water in yours

Liked: Great hostel with everything a traveller needs. The common room was brilliant and we met loads of other travellers and all went out together. Best hostel experience!

Disliked: The owner flipped out one night due to noise in the common room - which is understandable due to it of course being his hostel, however he was completely unreasonable and unwilling to listen to anyone. He ended up kicking people out which was very unnecessary (but luckily this excluded us.) A great hostel apart from the temper of the owner.

Liked: Good location. The guy on reception told us where to go for a amazing beer!

Disliked: They dont have proper lockers- so bring a padlock. They do have safety deposit boxes for smaller things though.

Liked: The location was great, no need for underground or buses to anywhere. Close to train station. Good kitchen. Showers and rooms were fine.

Disliked: No events or pub crawls or bbqs or bar area. Difficult to talk to people because of this.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Very safe (lockers in rooms and key card to get in your room). Very comfortable room and bed. Very clean. Free coffee, tea or hot chocolate in the morning (bring your own cookies!). Nice common area and free internet acces. Very close to Gare du Nord (North station) and city centre (10 min walking, very nice neighbourhood) It even has an elevator, so that you don't have to go up the stairs with your lugagge!

Disliked: Nothing! Best hostel I ever stayed at!!

Liked: Beds were good which had lockers in the room, Common room was big, location was ok and heaps of computers avaliable for wifi.

Disliked: Kitchen closed during the day 1 to 4 pm, toilets and shower were all over the show, tea and coffee was only avaliable from 7.30 to 9.30 and there was no milk.

Liked: It is nice enough... Bathrooms are really good and the rooms are spacious with power points for each bunk. Place was very clean and it is the closest hostel to town.

Disliked: No breakfast and having the common areas being closed during the day is a REAL pain.Could do with moving the lockers into the rooms otherwise very secure.

Liked: Fantastic location, short walk to everything, plus close to pubs etc for going out at night!

Disliked: 4 lockers for a 6 person room. Most people sit quietly on their computers downstairs, not really a social area within the hostel.

Liked: Staff was polite. Location is more than OK. You have to walk a little bit to get to the bars and pubs area, but nothing annoying. Good enough lockers inside the room. You need your lock. I prefer that way anyway.

Disliked: Stayed in a 6-bed room that had only a toilet in the bathroom. Shower was common to the floor. Not bad though.

Liked: Staff people are very helpfull and nice, they have answered all my questions proprerly.

Disliked: The infraestructure is not so good, I have chosen a 6-bed room, but there wasn't enough room for six person! I was in the 4th floor and the lift never was ok :( Above all, it is not so bad.

Liked: Nice rooms, sockets at every bed, very clean. There were even 2 sinks in my 6-bed dorm. One of the nicest hostels I stayed at.

Disliked: Can't complain about anything.

Liked: The location

Disliked: The showers were freezing cold, no matter what time of the day you attempted to have one. The toilets smelt like egg. The wifi never worked and the computers were painfully slow. Also the reception and common area/kitchen closed from 1-4pm everyday. Overall a very frustrating hostel to stay in

Liked: Located inside the Brussels city center, almost everything is within walking distance. Free hot drinks in the morning was a plus.

Disliked: The rooms were kind of tiny, and the wi-fi was broken so there was a lot of waiting around to use the internet on the 4 computers in the lobby, which were really slow.

Liked: The room was nicely decorated.

Disliked: The bunkbeds were obscenely high. The toilet and sink on our floor was broken. There was absolutely no atmosphere, and no attempt at creating one. The guy on reception wasn't brilliantly helpful. The location wasn't very good. Like all hostels in Brussels, it was stupidly over-priced.
