Liked: it was a really nice place with a lot of perks to staying here, but it does cost a little bit more money which makes sense so you definitely get what you pay for.

Disliked: it would have been nice to been given a little more information about the bars and partying in the city. or a way to get into contact with others who are looking to do the same thing.

Disliked: The staff which was just missing, making it quite unsecured and ensuring that people always needed to wait and stand in line in order to get anything from the reception whether it was an Internet code or something bigger, you just had to wait. I felt sorry for the poor girl and guys at the reception who just was continuously busy with many things, I hope she get's paid more than the average hotel employee because I would go nuts! No reception, Internet, TV and kitchen access during one to four PM, which is like an incredibly annoying feature, forcing you to go elsewhere to eat if you care about your wallet. Furthermore, the rooms are incredibly small, this one had no view at all, therefore all of the people in our room agreed that they were ripped off, I'd say try a different hostel, that does not stuff you in a room with very little space and no view at all. Furthermore, if you kept the window open you couldn't sleep well because the Hotel's generator or something made a lot of noise.

Liked: The rooms were clean, good beds and plenty of space. There was no place to put luggage or to hang some cloths. The bathrooms and the showers are ok, just missed a sink to wash hands.

Disliked: On the day I was there, the wifi connection was not working properly. You need to make a 10 euro deposit for the bed sheets, but nothing was mentioned before check in. No breakfast.

Liked: Very clean, wifi did work in our room, and we did have hot showers though temper mental. Computers downstairs with good internet and DVD rental.

Disliked: Nothing really

Liked: It was nice and clean. The staff was helpfull.

Disliked: The Wifi didn't work properly. I was supposed to be in a small dormitory and the put me in a 14 beds dormitory instead. That's not what I reserved for, and I was disappointed since there were so many noises during the night that i couldn't sleep. Big disappointment on that point.

Liked: the location is very good, easy to transportation to the next place and to the centro city. and secrity is also very nice.

Disliked: hot shower very unstable.... very bad in cold night. the fridge is too small...

Liked: It was safe and secure.

Disliked: This was the most overpriced hostel that we stayed in during our entire expedition around Europe. There was no hot water at all, the bathroom was shocking. The room was very small and extremely basic especially for the extortionate price paid.

Liked: It was very close to the centre.

Disliked: There were no lockers. Reception was not 24 hrs. I got locked out of my room with no way of getting back in for the entire night. Rooms were a bit shabby. Showers were and toilets were all over the place. Commons area closed when reception closed so it was hard to find any sort of atmosphere.

Liked: the staffs are really friendly. the common room is great and bing. People can sit and chat with others.

Disliked: should provide locks. I have brought mine but it is not big enough to use the locker the hostel provides.

Liked: The hostel has a kitchen, so you can cook on your own. There is free access to internet (on computer),you don't have to pay extra for it.

Disliked: Just a little window in our room so there is not much light in.

Liked: Free wifi and Computers, Nice kitchen, Shower was good, Staff were very helpful!!! close to brussels nord station...

Disliked: very unsociable, didnt really meet anyone from the hostel, the reception is closed from 1-4pm and 11pm till 7.30am and so is the common room which makes it hard for people to be social?

Liked: The security system based on key cards. Also, the helpfulness of the staff and the absence of curfew.

Disliked: The sheets were somewhat unclean. The safety inside (some) rooms were not the best, considering there were no lockers whatsoever. The showers were uncomfortable, considering there were no place to sit or put our clothes. We had to put them on the floor, which could be wet.

Liked: Good location, rooms were clean and comfortable.

Disliked: Couldn't get any hot water in the evening, wifi didn't seem to work, none of the emergency numbers listed worked when the receptionist was late which is quite worrying.

Liked: The staff are very helpful, the atmosphere is great, rooms and beds are good as well.. I would definitly stay here again..

Liked: Very nice, very clean, very close to the interesting parts of brussels

Disliked: The internet connection was AWFUL. Everyone there was complaining about it.

Liked: decent location - short walk to most attractions and fairly close to the North train station.

Disliked: A little expensive for what's offered.

Liked: What a great night... Easy to find... not too far from the main attractions! Clean and comfy dorms and nice people. The staff are really helpful and I had a very positive experience. The Common Room, with cable TV, big tables and PC's was really a bonus!

Disliked: My keycard didn't work first time, but thats all really.

Liked: Friendly staff, good common room, very clean

Disliked: Wi fi is a joke when more than one person is using it- barely works at all in the evening. Whole common area and reception are closed between 1pm and 4pm plus all closes at 11pm

Liked: Clean and friendly staff... Willing to help asmuch as possible.. And let me check in early, which was fantastic

Disliked: It is questionable as to wether they do have wifi...because it sure wouldn't work on my iPhone4. As a result it was very hard to get on the 3 working computers they had... Not good for backpackers who need to access train tickets and book their next accommodation. Otherwise the hostel was fine.
