Liked: It is a very nice place to stay while you visit Brussel. Very good ambient, and please people to help you at the reception desk.

Disliked: One bad thing you can mention, is that they close the commond area during the afternoon, so if you want to spend some time in the hostel, you will not have nothing to do than been in your room.

Liked: The location is good, the staff are friendly and helpful

Disliked: The facilities seemed a little lacking, showers were evil and toilets lacked soap, dryers or towels

Liked: It was so easy to find, it was clean, the staff were fantastic!!! As it was my first time staying in a hostel by myself i was really scared but i was given a free upgrade into a mixed 4 bedroom private... the guy said i got it because i was a solo female traveler which was nice. the wifi is great and so is the location!!!

Disliked: nothing!

Liked: Free internet, nice location!

Disliked: the guy in the reception couldnt be more boring! and the reception closes, i've never seen a hostel where the reception closes, if you arrive in the wrong time, you may have to wait outiside!

Liked: Location is perfect. Very near to many major attractions. Free and user-friendly map provided. The common room is a great place to hang out and chat with new people. Beautifully furnished. Atmosphere is cheerful and lively. Every morning there is a coffee stand near the kitchen where you can make coffee or hot chocolate.

Disliked: Free wifi but the signal is weak and speed is slow in our room. Nevertheless there are computer terminals at the common room for surfing the net. Too few shower rooms to accommodate all residents.

Liked: The location is good which can be very easy to be found especially in the evening.

Disliked: The toilet and shower-rooms are separate, which is a little unconvenient. The bunk beds are much higher than normal ones which are a little dangerous.

Disliked: Almost nothing. Shower room was a little bit far from my room but it's acceptable.

Liked: For our needs, we wanted something central that we could walk everywhere from and that is exactly what we got. The staff was very helpful and friendly (particularly the girl who checked us out, she was really nice and helpful). The beds were fine and comfortable enough, the lockers and sinks in the dorms were helpful. When we first got there we thought there would be a problem with the lack of bathrooms we could find, but in the end it was no problem at all. I think because the hostel had laid itself out differently to others we had stayed at it worked as there were individual sinks in the rooms, the toilets were seperate to the showers, etc. So instead of having one big shared bathroom area it was divided which made it more functional. All in all it was good value for the money we spent and the wifi was handy too.

Disliked: Zero complaints.

Liked: The lady at the front desk was very nice! I walked into my room and the people were smoking in the room. she let me change to a better room with no charge!

Disliked: The lobby closes at 11 pm.

Liked: Relatively clean, warm enough, good location in Brussels city centre, cheap

Disliked: The reception is not manned 24/7! When I wanted to leave at 7 am on saturday morning, there was no way of getting the deposit back. Also, you cannot pay by card, only in cash. There were only 3 showers available for the entire building! A long queue was forming outside the showers. There are no lockers to secure any valuables and also no type of cupboard/closet in the rooms. I also met one girl whose key card was not working, but since the reception was empty at night, nobody was there to help her.

Liked: Rooms were always super clean and the ensuites in most rooms were really great. Also a fantastic location.

Liked: Great location and staff were very helpful and friendly

Disliked: As mentioned, no lockers in rooms, my room was basement, next to the toilets and suffered from a fetid/damp smell. It was badly ventilated and very stuffy. Two thirds of the showers were not working, which meant queueing for a while. Next trip I would pay a little extra to get a cheap hotel room instead.

Liked: shower rooms, toilets and kitchen were clean. wifi service was good and also enough compters to use for free. free tea and coffee in the morning

Disliked: they close the lounge and kitchen at 11:00 the closest station which is nord more than 10min walk. they don't have breakfast service
