Liked: i would definetely go again to that hostel. good staff and rooms. the common room is very nice, has a tv and computers.. also tables and a kitchen so u can make your own food.

Liked: Good place. great atmosphere. Really big. Met some great people! Staff were good.

Disliked: Could have been a bit cleaner and not open 24hours

Liked: Free internet access with their computers.

Disliked: Sheets were old and had holes in them. They seemed clean, but felt like they had been used a million times. Almost has the same effect as seeing a stain.

Liked: I really liked the atmosphere of the hostel, and there was a member of the staff who was very friendly and helpful.

Liked: Kitchen was good - small, but provided the essentials. Free computer and wifi access was a bonus.

Disliked: Lack of lockers. Common area closed at 11pm. Reception closed in the middle of the day - I had to wait an hour and a half just to check in and put my backpack down because I arrived during that time.

Liked: Honestly I hardly spent more than a few hours in Brussels and even fewer in the hostel but everything went pretty smoothly. The common room seemed great. The showers were fine. There was a toilet and sink in the room even though it was a dorm. There was even an elevator. Top notch if you ask me.

Disliked: One of my roommates snored really loudly, but I don't think I can blame that one on the hostel...

Liked: Good service from the staff. Allowed us to check-in even though its during their break time.

Disliked: Private ensuite for 4 is quite small in size.

Liked: Rooms were a good size, not too cramped, and there were ensuite toilettes, which is very convenient!

Disliked: One of the staff members, upon my arrival, was EXTREMELY rude. I had read reviews stating that the hostel was good, but the staff was rude, but I didn't expect to recieve similar treatment. She was openly snotty, talked-back like a child when I made a comment about the payment process, and obviously was not so much as slightly concerned about the quality of customer service recieved by visitors.

Disliked: There're just mixed rooms, even when you reserve a room with bath

Liked: The rooms looked really nice! I was staying in a dorm and was expecting just moderate looking beds and room, but it was mind blowing, it was lush! :D my mates and myself enjoyed it!

Disliked: Our dorm room was facing the main street, the sirens on police cars, ambulances etc went off at random hours :S and the beds in the dorm were a little too close to each other, just stretch out an arm and you could reach the next bed. Could be a bit scary if u're staying with strangers (of opposite sex).

Liked: The ktichen was well-stocked, new and clean. The internet was free, which was fantastic. The location was great - could walk everywhere.

Disliked: The top floor rooms were very hot, and the music in the common areas was a bit loud at times.

Liked: The common area was quite nice. My room was nice and big. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Free wifi (though only in the common area), and computers. Kitchen available for use.

Disliked: The showers were push-button and you have to push them about every 15 seconds to keep the water flowing. The opening times of the common room were oddly specific, and a little frustrating. If you want to leave early in the morning, just check out the night before. The day I wanted to leave, the receptionist was 45 minutes late getting to work, so I had to take a later train than I had wanted to (lucky thing I hadn't booked my ticket in advance). There are no lockers in the rooms.
