Liked: nothing. Although located in central part of Brussels, it is a ghetto area.

Disliked: not a typical hostel one could say. not worth the money.

Liked: The showers are nice, the place is clean.

Disliked: The quarter it's really unsecure, we were walking trying to find the hostel and we were scared because there were several men on street who whistled to us and started to follow us. One couple in their car had to stop and they told us that was a very dangerous quarter and we should not be there. They had to take us to the hostel because they didn't want to put us on risk.

Liked: the big HDTV.

Disliked: room without sunlight. Noisy door. No Breakfast. Only gender seperated dorms. You have to leave an identity card at the entrance to get towels + 10Euro to use a locker (you get them back, but why all the distrust?)

Liked: Stuff was quite helpful, but the room was dark and cold. I was alone in the dormitory.

Liked: The staff is very helpful and the bathrooms and ben linen very clean

Disliked: This area of Brussels isn't the best to say the least! Quite scary even in daylight

Liked: only 10min walk to the centre and 5min walk to trainstation Bruxelles-Zuid/Midi simple and functional, quiet and clean

Liked: It is close to public transportation and to the centre of town. The buffet breakfast was good and affordable. Mohammed was very friendly and chatty!

Disliked: Lower bunks were kind of crumpy - almost like they were built for kids. Atmosphere rather boxed-in. No free public space within the property.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: The location is really bad, the hostel is located in the dodgiest neighbourhood I've ever seen in Western Europe. I am not so easy to scare and I enjoy walking around cities. NOt only did I not walk around here, but I did not even dare go by metro at night and had to take a cab. That shady it was. You need to leave your ID as a deposition for the towel. There are no lockers for the baggage. You don't get a key for the room and need to go to the reception and have somoeone open the door for you. Some of the staff was really unfriendly, some where ok

Liked: They had free wifi....

Disliked: Almost everything from uncomfortable beds, to having 19 other people in your room. There was no light in the room I was in. The showers were small and usually not to warm.

Liked: it looks really weird and is set in an old private manor, which is sort of funny

Disliked: not a hostel atmosphere, no common room, no kitchen, computer not working.

Disliked: not in the best part of town, a bit far from city centre

Liked: Not much. Plentiful Showers?

Disliked: Staff didn't ant to honor my reservation. Staff was rude. Far to authoritarian rules. Rudely removed WiFi access at midnight. All in all... sucked!

Liked: nothing...... it is in a very bad area, it is greatly over priced and it is difficult to get in the hostel.

Disliked: We were attacked, by the man who I was told owned the hostel - we came back in the evening, and this guy came down punching, kicking and pushing us, apparently for making noise, but this was within 10 seconds of getting inside the hostel. He really hurt me! He then later came down a threatened us with a baseball bat. I was inside the toilet cubical, he opens the door and tried to drag me out. he was insane and very violent. I wanted to go to the police - but I had to catch my train... avoid... avoid .... avoid - this guy is a timebomb and only a matter of time before he really seriously hurts someone.

Liked: It was surprisingly clean from what I felt when I first walked up to the place, although still only average.

Disliked: The location was okay, but the neighborhood was a little sketch. You didn't have a key and had to have someone open the door for you. The staff had a strong air of apathy for their job, although they still seemed to try. Oh, and the bunk above me collapsed, luckily while I wasn't there. Staff didn't seem overly concerned about that little fact either.

Liked: Very friendly staff! Clean bathroom.

Disliked: No soap in the bathroom. The district seems to be not that nice and the price is too high for these conditions. The reception asks to leave as a deposit the id card or driving lecence for a towel.

Liked: the toilet and the shower room are clean and big

Disliked: you can even hear the children are running and screaming upstairs but it is fine, it won't last long.

Liked: Not much.

Disliked: The neighbourhood is a little unnerving. It's odd having to always go to reception every time to get let back into the hostel. It's certainly not worth 30 euro but as the only hostel available it served it's purpose.
