Liked: the staff is nice (when they are around), the cleaning lady is nice to talk to and very effective, the rooms and toilets/showers were spotless and modern. the location is amazing, but that makes cheap food really hard to find and the streets very noisy at night. despite the minuses i really enjoyed the stay. the travellers were amazing and the waiting for the one computer at that single table gives you the chance to meet them.

Disliked: appart from the rooms the hostel is a wreck. i went durring the winter and it was freezing and the lobby (?) smelled horribly (maybe due to constructions in process). there is no wifi, no kitchen, no locker room, no reception, the water in the showers is just warm, one or two mice on the ground floor (i'm not making this up), a crappy antique computer that won't let you to use other than internet explorer, cold rooms... it's the shittiest and the most expensive hostel i've ever been too. after seeing the lobby of the hostel where you check in (that is 10 north) i was really disappointed at their other hostel (this one)... they could do much better.

Liked: Good and modern shower; excellent location.

Disliked: To sum it up, we stayed in a room under construction. Loads of construction tools filled up the bathroom, the floor was extremely dirty and there was even some food left by previous guests. We felt tottally misleaded; don't waste your money in this place!

Liked: Great rooms, excellent facilities like showers and toilets. Central location, but I'd be very happy to travel out of town to stay in such a good hostel!

Disliked: Nothing, I really had no issues whatsoever.

Liked: The location is perfect, in the Grand Place. The rooms were clean and tidy.

Disliked: The building from outside and the main lobby are looking pretty bad and unsafe.

Liked: Very near the Grand Place.

Disliked: The room is too cramped. Went during winter. So the room is cold enough. Foresee that during summer, the room will be too hot because of poor ventilation.

Liked: I stayed in the hotsel while in Brussels for a weekend away, and for exploring the centre of the city it was excellent. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were really nice, with lovely hot showers.

Disliked: The downside is that the hostel is not finished yet. There is still work going on, though it didn't disturb us, and the lockers only arrived the night we left. Also, as the main reception is 10mins away there are no staff at the hostel so it could be noisy. Overall, the hostel is fine as long as you are only really sleeping there.

Liked: the location was great! The beds were extremely clean and that had great blankets :)

Disliked: There is nothing there except your room. I think they should specify that the Internet access is located at the other hostel... A 20 minute walk. The showers were just warm, with no way to change the temperature. My advice would be to just stay at the 2go4 (i think that's what it's called) you have to check in there anyway, and if you want luggage storage, a kitchen or Internet it us all there. Also it's not that far from the center

Liked: - Amazing location - Good bathrooms

Disliked: - Very small lounge room - Only one computer for internet access, no wifi - Reception is not that close to the hostel - No security at hostel entrance, just a keycard-controlled door

Liked: The location is very good, just beside the Grand Palace. It is also near from the Central Train Station, what is also in handy.

Disliked: A very little common area.

Liked: Location was brilliant. Couldn't have been any better. Rooms were in really good condition with comfy beds and really good bathrooms.

Disliked: The rest of the hostel outside of the rooms was really run down and in bad condition. Doors all over the place, No working lift. Building work on going I think.

Liked: The location for sure! This is just 30 seconds of walk to the the Grand Place. I also enjoyed the new properties which make me and friends felt comfortable especially the bathroom in our room. I also enjoyed to meet the other travellers at the hostel. There were free hot drinks during the breakfast time.

Disliked: The display control of the hostel itself was not too recognizable as there's no big logo for the hostel. The thing that we had to check in to another hostel was just fine,but there's supposed to be some of the hostel staffs at the hostel.

Liked: You can't get past the location. Despite the problems we had with the hostel, you're no more than 5 metres from the Grande Place and right in the heart of Brussels.

Disliked: Our room was *freezing*, there is no reception, to check in you have to walk at least 20 minutes out of your way, the check in location has the name of a different hostel and is poorly signed, the security guard checks your card at night (good) but the cards are blank white things that you can get anywhere
