Don't recommend this hotel, really!

This is really a hotel, not a hostel. It's a good price though. It's a great place to stay maybe if you've been hostelling it for a while and need to pamper yourself. Good sized room (with a bath), very good breakfast and close to many nice, inexpensive restaurants.

It was in a very good location, a 5-10 minute walk from the Grand Square. I would have given a higher rating for the facilities and services on offer if it wasn't for the breakfast. In the morning when we went down, about an hour before breakfast finished, there was a very limited selection- only a couple of rolls were left and then there was bread for toast. It was very useful to be able to leave your luggage in the baggage room during the day though. Certain members of staff could have been a little friendlier, a smile would have been nice. Other than that it was very clean and secure. I would recommend it for its location.

Great value hotel. Better than expected and a good breakfast too. Room was large and clean with good bathroom facilities. Also in a good location, close to the old town and bars. The only minor criticism is that one of the receptionists was maybe a bit unfriendly. Oh, and the road outside can be a bit noisy but that's not a fault of the hotel.

Central location and rooms were modernised little time ago (that's why all the switches were on).

I would not recommend this hotel, though it has good location. There is wireless around, however, it seams you have to stay a short distance away from the ground to receive the wireless. The so-called Free WIFI, the receptionists do not even know how to get access. Our room looks rather old, especially windows and curtains. The white/thin curtain is fixed by the sticky tape. So, you have to be careful when you open the window because the curtain can be easily falling down. Breakfast is described by other people one roll plus a croissant. It is ok, I would say. However, if you need boiled/boiling water during non-breakfast time, you have to pay every kettle 1 EURO!

This is more like an English Travel Lodge. Our room would have been 125 E on the day so I thought we got a bit of a bargain. My friend felt it wasn't very characterful but I would take clean comfy and bland anyday ;) Great location, good breakfast. Try to avoid rooms overlooking the road as it's very noisy.

It is really close to the great plaza wich is one of the most important and most beeutiful attractions in Brussels, and they have very comfortable beds and offer agood breakfast
